EVERYTHING was perfect, Location was great, Staff was really helpful and kind. Room was much more than I expected, Breakfast had good selection. and the food was spot on. This hotel will definitely be the one we return to when visiting Alanya

My son who did have a 4h flight ahead couldn't use shower in my room before the flight. Instead they offer 25€ option to use other shower.

I was on my way to drive my son to airport from 500km away so it was easy choice cos we have been there before.

The food selection was not the best even though it was expected for the money we paid. TV’s are outdated although this wasn’t much of an issue as we only stayed 2 nights. There isnt much to dislike about this hotel. Perfect for families and groups.

The value for money was excellent. Everything was pretty clean, really lovely staff all round. Location is excellent loved the pool area(s) and the free private beach.

Staff was nice and responsive! friendly and helpful. I recieved one unfriendly compment from a staff member which was about my nationality that I did not appreciate. Saying "This hotel is for europeans only" when he knew I was Algerian. I didn't report it or anything, but if the staff manager reads this, maybe they should have a briefing for their staff on such comments for future residents!

Play ground for kids start to be bit old.. Also minigolf..

Food is way better than sooo many other hotels around Alanya. Water slides are nice. Staff is nice.

Absolutely amazing staff, very friendly and speak good english. Perfect view from balcony. Excellent WiFi. Very good food with lots of variety. Waterpark and activities for kids were great. Free shuttle to beach nearby and had fantastic watersports and beautiful clear blue water and stunning views.

No plain food options for children on half board, paying extra for any drink with main meal.

Lovely pools, fresh modern, clean rooms, lovely staff. Not over crowded. Nice atmosphere. Taxi service to Beach.

As good as the hotel is, it is out the way a little if you want to be more central during your stay. One or two excursions cancelled as we were supposedly too far but other than that it wasn’t too bad. There are a few markets close by and a supermarket on the doorstep.

We had a wonderful stay an Sunpark. The kids absolutely loved it. The aqua park was fun. The food was lovely and the staff were very helpful when needed. The daily performances were also rather entertaining and the family are already looking forward to coming back.

Nothing but as suggesstion, better to have life guard at the aquapark pool

we were family of 2 grandparents and 2 parents and 3 childrens All of us enjoyed our stay We felt like its our home Staff are friendly and helpful Food was great Room was clean(ayse aydin was reaponsible for our rooms) waiters are very helpful specially gulfeha❤️ Lots of activities for kids and the kids loved the girl from animation team Pool with aquapark was great Its perfect place for family with kids

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four, and it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after a day of exploring. The facilities were perfect for a family, with plenty of activities to keep both the kids and adults entertained. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a great hotel experience!

The only thing I would appreciate is availability of 1 large bed instead of 2 single matresses for single accommodation)

The room was modern, spacious and clean. Excellent value for the price. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use all the benefits like access to Cook's Club beach at Kleopatra during this visit, the overall package definitely extends the value for money way beyond expectations and compared very favorably with other options in the area.

If you book a half board, the drinks are not provided, even water. And we are a family with the 2 years child. And even for a child it is not provided. So, you need to buy it extra. If you want a towel for a pool, you need to buy it for 3 euros. And if it becomes dirty, you need to change it and buy again and pay again 3 euros. Extra again. If you want to participate in their evening shows like Bingo, you need to pay (yes, again, and you are still their guest in the hotel, it is crazy!) A lot of extra payments. Also we had a cockroach in our room. The room was dirty. Nobody helped and solved this problem, so my recommendation is never book a room in Sun Park Garden.

The bathroom to small, when we ordered drinks likes cocktails that I felt I drink water not worthy for this price.

We liked the swimming pool because big and few activity for the children’s.
