How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewI was on my way to drive my son to airport from 500km away so it was easy choice cos we have been there before.
My son who did have a 4h flight ahead couldn't use shower in my room before the flight. Instead they offer 25€ option to use other shower.

For legal and safety reasons, every person who enters the hotel premises — including guest rooms — must be registered in our system with valid identification. This rule applies equally to all guests, regardless of whether they are returning or new customers. Allowing someone into a room without proper registration poses serious legal and liability risks for the hotel. For example, if an unregistered person were to slip and injure themselves in the room, the hotel could face serious legal consequences and a formal legal process might be initiated. Therefore, we must strictly follow our procedures. For this reason, we offered an alternative solution — a paid shower option. Of course, if you had booked your reservation for two people, your son would have been registered as a guest and could have used the room amenities without any issue. Verified reviewIf you book a half board, the drinks are not provided, even water. And we are a family with the 2 years child. And even for a child it is not provided. So, you need to buy it extra. If you want a towel for a pool, you need to buy it for 3 euros. And if it becomes dirty, you need to change it and buy again and pay again 3 euros. Extra again. If you want to participate in their evening shows like Bingo, you need to pay (yes, again, and you are still their guest in the hotel, it is crazy!) A lot of extra payments. Also we had a cockroach in our room. The room was dirty. Nobody helped and solved this problem, so my recommendation is never book a room in Sun Park Garden.

Verified reviewThe value for money was excellent. Everything was pretty clean, really lovely staff all round. Location is excellent loved the pool area(s) and the free private beach.
The food selection was not the best even though it was expected for the money we paid. TV’s are outdated although this wasn’t much of an issue as we only stayed 2 nights. There isnt much to dislike about this hotel. Perfect for families and groups.

Verified reviewStaff was nice and responsive! friendly and helpful. I recieved one unfriendly compment from a staff member which was about my nationality that I did not appreciate. Saying "This hotel is for europeans only" when he knew I was Algerian. I didn't report it or anything, but if the staff manager reads this, maybe they should have a briefing for their staff on such comments for future residents!

There are so many things; 1) Beds in the room were uncomfortable. I had a backbone problem 2) House keeping ladies were so unprofessional. They keep coming the in the room for cleaning. Even you do not put cleaning tags outside door. It's really annoying. 3) I feel like there is no privacy. Couples must be careful. 4) We had breakfast & dinner. But there was no water included in it. We have to pay 50 to 100 lira for one or two bottles of water every time with dinner. There is shop outside hotel and same bottle of water cost 6,5 lira. But you are not allowed to bring it. 5) elevator always dirty. Cleaning standard are very bad. 6) Internet was super slow and does not work in the room. 7) Feels like waste of money.

Verified reviewGood breakfast, the pool area with enough amount of sunbeds and 3 slides (however, they worked from time to time and never all together). Everyday some show, gig or other activity, they have a schedule for all days from afternoon till evening
No one asked if everything is ok, the personal didn't care at all after check-in. The luxe room is too small for family (1 bedroom + 1 living room), it has a kitchen with pan and skillet, but there's neither oven nor grill, nor whatever heating appliance except microwave. And there's such a small table where it's uncomfortable to eat. So the hotel is oriented towards all-inclusive guests, but we used the option with breakfast only. The bathroom doesn't have a closable door, noisy in the room when someone takes a shower and less private. Quite far from the beach but we rented a car and it wasn't a problem for us.

Verified reviewWe had a wonderful stay an Sunpark. The kids absolutely loved it. The aqua park was fun. The food was lovely and the staff were very helpful when needed. The daily performances were also rather entertaining and the family are already looking forward to coming back.
As good as the hotel is, it is out the way a little if you want to be more central during your stay. One or two excursions cancelled as we were supposedly too far but other than that it wasn’t too bad. There are a few markets close by and a supermarket on the doorstep.
