Dear Toni Lindqvist, First of all, thank you for your feedback and for choosing our hotel again. We would like to clarify the situation regarding your son. For legal and safety reasons, every person who enters the hotel premises — including guest rooms — must be registered in our system with valid identification. This rule applies equally to all guests, regardless of whether they are returning or new customers. Allowing someone into a room without proper registration poses serious legal and liability risks for the hotel. For example, if an unregistered person were to slip and injure themselves in the room, the hotel could face serious legal consequences and a formal legal process might be initiated. Therefore, we must strictly follow our procedures. For this reason, we offered an alternative solution — a paid shower option. Of course, if you had booked your reservation for two people, your son would have been registered as a guest and could have used the room amenities without any issue. Please note that for half board reservations, no drinks are included with dinner. This information is clearly stated in the informational sheets provided at check-in and on the information boards located throughout the hotel. This is not surprising; it is standard practice. Beach towels are provided free of charge only for all-inclusive guests; they are charged for other meal plan types. Of course, you are welcome to use your own towels as well. Our hotel undergoes periodic pest control and we pay great attention to cleanliness. If you had contacted us during your stay regarding these issues, we would have done our best to assist you. We have not received previous complaints regarding the bedding, and we generally receive positive feedback about its comfort. We understand that your spinal issue may have contributed to your discomfort. We ensure daily housekeeping services, typically until 5 PM. If you prefer not to be disturbed, you can use the “Do Not Disturb” sign provided in your room to indicate your preference. We noticed that your reservation was for half-board, which includes breakfast and dinner. Drinks are not included in this package, and this information is provided during check-in and displayed on our information boards. Comparing restaurant prices to market prices may be misleading, and bringing outside food into the restaurant and pool areas is against our policy, as clearly stated. We acknowledge that the elevators may become dirty due to frequent use. We take your feedback seriously and will work on improving our cleaning standards.
