Clean , outside pool was with warm water- very nice, close to beach. Pool bar was open, possible to have snack or eat on daytime beside pool. Staff was very friendly. Hamam ( Turky bath) and massage package very good- recommend.

GermanyThe rooms are very modern, with very comfortable beds and a wide variety of different pillows. Internet speed was very good. Breakfast was excellent, and we had a vast selection of bread rolls and pastries. Also, a wide variety of fruits and salads and during our 9-day stay we never felt bored by the big selection. We did not use the outdoor pool or beach as we stayed off-season.

Czech Republicactually, there are only very minor things - the partial sea view is more partial than sea, however there is paid upgrade to full sea view (30€/night) - the steam bath was broken for some days of my stay, hower they fixed it -
+ The hotel is generally very well upkept and managed + the hotel, pool area, , daily room cleaning + professional, attentitive staff + buffet food was abundant, with big variety and quality. + room was comfy, with a very comfy bed. + tasty good wine in all exclusive menu and a fairly good draft beer. + 1st line beach location with private pier and toad underpass directly to the beach, at the Alanya promenade, which makes excellent location for jogging and walking. tourist shops, cafes, pharmacies, tentals ...in walking distance + well upkept gym and fitness center, included in price. + working wifi on room + wellness with sauna, steam bath and (paid) hammam with profesional staff

SwitzerlandSmall rooms. Small enough that I was hitting the hanging television each time when I was walking from side of bed to balcony. No amenities. Actually three stars hotels provide more than what we got here. Location was not that great, it felt too congested among buildings. Swimming pool was too small for the rating.
Very helpful staff. I must give staff a credit that they were extremely friendly, they tried their best to provide more than one can expect from hotel staff. Own Private beach with sun beds / umbrellas / Towels. Direct access to beach. Shopping places nearby, and easy access to town centre by public transport.

Finland1. Almost none of the authentic Turkish food was available. Turkey has the most delicious food: kofta, kabobs and meats cooked to perfection, but the hotel’s food is adjusted accordingly to the tastes of Scandinavia and it’s a tragedy. 2. Please do something with the smelly towels and robes, your laundry service has to be replaced or revised.

United KingdomOn the last day our room wants clean becouse we didn't know that u need to put correct light on for the cleaners, side view balcony was dark and not super enjoyable to sit as there was no sun but is a small detail. Faaaar from alanya City centre like a 1 hour walk or 15 mim by taxi. And far from kleopatra beach. Local beach bit pebbley.

TurkeyThere could be more options of drinks. I mean I used to drink better wine/beer/raki/whiskey in my home. Such hotel should supply better options. I know it is difficult to make everyone happy but I do think that the hotel can serve better drink options with the same cost! Bike renting was expensive and could be better maintenance!
The breakfast was perfect. Everything you would like to have was there! I really like to have breakfast. Possibility of renting bike! All dinners were good but the night that day serve sea-food was magnificent. I liked it very much!
