A few restaurant and coffee shop staff didn't speak or understand English very well. There is much to see but it is not advertised very well.

One of the best hotels in Turkey. The welcome by the guest relations team was great. In particular Semina, who was always friendly, very funny, understanding, and knowledgeable about the hotel, nothing seemed to phase her. In fact she is best that I have experienced in Turkey and a credit to the team and hotel. The pool, beach area, and chalets were great to spend time at. Very nice staff at the restaurants, and A la cartes. The bar staff are always friendly, and made good drinks. The music concerts were very entertaining. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return. I felt relaxed afterwards, which what I needed. Thank you Susesi

There really was to much to fault and was great value for money.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the moment that we arrived. The accommodation was excellent, the beds were comfortable and cleaning services were good. An excellent and varied choice of high-quality food and impeccable service. The spa facilities were of a high standard, and the treatments were very good. Plenty to keep our teenage children occupied and very enthusiastic entertainment staff. Free transfers to and from golf resorts, which was also very useful. I would recommend this hotel to any family and will happily return.

I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world—including in the U.S.—and I always thought the best customer service could only be found there. But Susesi Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The customer service here was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member was polite, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm. The only thing I wish had been a little better was the size of the Turkish bath—it could’ve been slightly bigger. However, everything else was so wonderful that it far outweighed this small detail. I sincerely thank the hotel management and the guest relations team for such a memorable and pleasant stay. The resort is quite large, so there were a few corners that were a bit worned out.

Staff was excellent, most went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Check in process was the best we had up until now, we felt pampered. We will definitely return Green areas were generous and very well maintained. Themed restaurants were good, our favourite was Casia. (Asian) Entertainment was a very nice surprise, exceeded our expectations.

To leave the hotel, you can only call taxis that are partnered with the hotel. These taxis have fixed prices, which are double the amount of regular taxis, and their taximeters don’t work. The hotel doesn't allow you to call any other taxis or let them enter the premises. This was a nasty experience that spoiled our overall impression of the hotel. Additionally, we needed to buy something from a pharmacy, but there were none nearby. You either have to walk for almost an hour or take a taxi, which again costs double. The hotel offers to order from a partnered pharmacy, but the prices are 5 to 10 times higher than usual. Ridiculous! Didn't expect this from a 5star hotel with great service. Also, the staff was only nice at the beginning, but was not helpful at all on our last day there.

We booked a room quite spontaneous, it costed a lot, but we had a wonderful 360 degree terrace. The view was remarkable. I believe, it is worth its money. Great variety of food and drinks. Food is actually everyone in countless quantities (not sure if this is good or bad, I would significantly reduce the amount of served food). The sea is just next to the hotel, entertainment programme is also there (sort of political sometimes, but never mind). Pools are awesome!

No crepes in the snack bar No pineapple for breakfast

We’re very happy to be upgraded to a swim up room in the lake house. The room was huge, 2 bathrooms and a sitting room and fully stocked minibar. The resort is huge with many alacart restaurants and vary…food was really nice and cocktails amazing, especially when made by Joseph in the lobby bar. Gym had all equipment you’d need a was not packed. Beach and pools amazing and always got a sun bed.

The kids Aquapark, ie, slides etc - need attention and maintenance. The triplex aptmnt (3 bedrooms) - room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Housekeeping needs to give attention to proper cleaning of the units.

The resort caters to all the needs of guests - adults + kids alike. All inclusive buffet dining had a commendable variety of options. Sea facing rooms boasted a great view and large enough for a comfortable stay. Room size was great!

We chose Susesi for our 4-night, 5-day vacation. The first thing I must mention is that the staff is incredibly good, very attentive, extremely polite, and helpful. We got an upgraded lake house room although we booked for a regular room.There are three large pools, two in the main buildings and one at the lake houses. There are plenty of sunbeds available. The drinks are made with original brands. There are many activities throughout the day, so you never get bored. The evening animations are of a quality you wouldn’t expect from a hotel. We loved the Hürrem Sultan dance show and the keep balance performance. There was live music, and the band was quite good. Our room was cleaned every day, and the minibar and other necessities were regularly replenished. The variety of food is more than enough, and they have a special section for vegan and gluten-free diets. I satisfied my sweet cravings with the desserts available at lunch or dinner. A special thanks to Mert, the bartender at the Sandal Bar. Despite making thousands of cocktails, he carefully and precisely prepares each one and never forgets to add a beautiful presentation to the final touch 🌸. I also want to thank Faruk, the bartender at the Ada Bar, who prepared delicious drinks 🌸. The hotel and rooms were very clean. While the interiors of the rooms have been renovated, I can’t say the same for the exteriors of the buildings. Is this a problem? Definitely not. We were very satisfied. Would we come back? Yes, we would.

The price is a bit high, but it’s a luxury hotel. The room service and housekeeping weren’t the best at first, but after we contacted the reception, they immediately took action and paid extra attention the next day to ensure everything was done as expected.

The buffet concept was not a pleasant experience, with hundreds of people cross-walking. Noisy and simply too big and too much walking had to be crammed within a meal

The facilities, the pool area restaurants, and the service. The staff were absolutely there and ready to cater for the guests. The customer service through WhatsApp group is a great idea. The a la carte restaurants are good value for money.

- Main restaunarnt was not covered by internet. - I asked reception to call the taxi driver that I was waiting for him cuz I didnt have turkish sim card, he said we are not able to do that !!!! - DONT TAKE TAXI from hotel, they charge you double (50€) for one trip to airport, book it with booking.com with (22£) with better than car.

- Staff at bar and restaurant were amazing. - It was comfortable for families - Pool were so good - Food was delicious and so diverse - 1600£ for a room (2adults) for 5days and 4nights was worthy
