The shower in the hotel room can use an update.

Location, pools area, beach area, restaurants, more than planty food to choose from throughout the day at the different location. Entertainment for all ages. It’s very clean resort including the rooms.

The selection of Food and the big food mall. The food Was the same with no flavour. You also had to travel by taxi to get to any other eateries . Luckily we discovered a restaurant within the resort that serves international food which you had to pay for. I was happy to do so as I got eat food without people pushing and shoving to get their food.

The property had everything you needed . There was no shortage of activities and the staff were amazing.

The pool was warm. The bed was not the best. TV did not have any channels in English for kids. The shows at night were abysmal

The family room was not at expectation level for the hotel standard (poor natural light, bed quality, humidity level...). The bathroom will need some refurbishment/upgrade as quite decrepit.

A Real ALL inclusive resort with professional and friendly staff. Good buffet with a lot of variety. Private and nice located beach. Very family-friendly resort with a lot of activities for every age.

Our second visit to this hotel was outstanding. We truly appreciated the late checkout service and enjoyed the Turkish bath immensely. The evening entertainment, filled with music and dancing, made our stay even more memorable for the entire family.

Hello, i would gladly do the review as i was amazed as first impression … The resort design is fascinating as you fully live the nice luxurious resort experience yet feel the turkish cultural aspect which everyone loves The food is out standing it took me about 15 minutes just to discover the variety of the high quality food … it’s almost impossible to eat everything you like , it’s like you name what you desire an i bet you will find it and much more ! And finally the beach area where you have the typical sand seat for whomever prefer it and you have a huge beach club island in the water in a havana design

I booked a garden room that had a view of a road and some barbed wire fence from the neighbouring hotel. Don’t say it is a garden room if not providing a garden view. I informed a customer relations member of staff about not being happy with the room and nothing changed. The hotel doesn’t answer WhatsApp messages. Coke Zero/sprite should be fizzy (should have bubbles) At check out I was not asked how my stay was. Just thank you and bye.

The large swimming pools did not have a shallow end, they were all the same size. The only small size pools was the kids which was too small. There should have been other food options around the hotel when the main meals were closed. Yes there was at the beach area but there should have been the same at the main area. Most staff were good. But some were not and ignored us sitting at tables waiting to order drinks, we had to go to the bar ourselves to order drinks. This should not have been the case when sitting watching a show. The room size for 3 people could have been bigger. The main thing is, I have heard from other people that in other resorts new guests get a tour or introduction to the resort to tell them exactly what is there. We ended up missing the roof top bar view because we did not know about this until the last day we were there and it was closing. This place should have been open longer. Many places should have been open longer. I did not like sticking to a time limit on holiday. Regarding not knowing about the roof top view, my sister went up the stairs for the slide to see the view and take a picture. When she came down these stairs she fell badly. This could have been avoided if we knew about the roof top area to see the view.

We enjoyed the facilities, many activities and entertainment. The beach was great the pools were great. The many food options at breakfast, lunch and dinner were great.

The entertainment could of been better almost every night they had live music which was loud and boring in my opinion. The bed was not very comfortable and small. I asked to connect my son's PlayStation to the Tv they did not allow me. Last year I stayed in Belek beach resorts and the hotel sent someone from IT department just to help us with this issue which was great but unfortunately they did not allow us to do this in this hotel.

I loved the beach it was spacious and the deck was very clean and beautiful The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was good. The Ac worked well in the room. Swimming pool was clean and spacious.

As everywhere in the area, the shops at the venue are extremely pricy - up to 5 times the regular price. The mattresses in the room are also super soft, which did not help my back problema.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and ample choice of food and drinks. There is a lot to do for each and every family member, from group classes and children playground to pool parties, shows and nightlife. You can always grab something to eat or drink regardless of the hour, and the snack area is probably the most extensive buffet I’ve ever seen for a quick bite!
