The bathroom got completely soaked after each shower because the plumbing wasn't done correctly ▪︎we requested a refund for one night as we had made a mistake with our reservations ... we booked for 4 nights instead of 3... but the manager refused. Fortunately, we were able to cancel our hotel in Istanbul and rebook. I was disappointed that a refund for 1 night could not be considered. ▪︎Furnishings are dated and not really cared for. This is an amazing property with fantastic potential. ▪︎I selected this hotel based on the photos ▪︎In the four days we stayed, the fresh fruit wasn't topped up once

The bathroom was a bit small but was fine for us. As the hotel is in the heart of the old city centre it can be a bit noisy, but its location was one of its attractions.

Lovely historic building designed by the famous Ottoman architect Sinan, full of character, and close to a number of historic sites in the centre of Edirne. There is also a lovely enclosed garden where breakfast is served when it is warm enough. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide choice of options to choose from. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Upon receiving the room, the sanitation was not done. The room was smelly of tobacco, although 2 attempts were made to sanitize it. A thorough cleaning is recommended. Brilliant but dirty room architecture

The location is perfect! The yard was very nicely set up and quiet. The staff was friendly and made us feel like home! Aishe and her colleague were available for any assistance all the time.

The smell of plumbing drain. It's very hard to throw away, but not impossible with a good plummer and different chemicals.

We enjoyed staying as a family of 3 in this historical building. Very nice environment with different things they expozed and the staff was very kind and very impressive mostly the young one, who was working at night. We liked everything, the small chicineta, the fireplace replica, the food, the terrace, almost green, and the oldinest of building as a homestead. We wish to be well and successful in your business management.

The breakfast was bad and there was problem with the communication (almost nobody in Edirne speaks at least the basic of english, even people dealing with tourists). This seemed very strange to me because in Greece it is not like that.Above all, I was very disappointed of what the city has to offer to travellers

The bed was uncomfortable and really small room for 3 people. As well you pay extra 10€ for the dog per night but did not say when making the booking.

One disadvantage for tall people is the toilet is really small - difficult to fit into shower and sit on toilet.

Stayed here overnight. Bed was comfortable, staff is super friendly, breakfast was delicious, everything was clean. Highlight is the location and the building itself - it's gorgeous - however it does come with some things to note - creaking floors, no sound insulation - to be expected with a building like this but keep in mind.

The bed in room 109 was horrible. Very uncomfortable to sleep the bed had a hole in the middle.

Parking is far from the hotel and it's hard to communicate with parking guard as he doesn't speak english. Room is very small, but everything else is ok.
