Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaThey don't take you to the room, they tell you where to go, where to turn. be sure to close the balcony door, otherwise there are a lot of midges
stayed for 2 nights (August 2024). All beds and mattresses were replaced with new comfortable ones. we took breakfast/dinner, it was quite tasty. the pool is clean. there are not many people in the hotel. but most importantly, it is 7 minutes by car from Travertines which is why everyone comes here.

United KingdomNo wifi in the room only in the lobby. That would have been fine but it often got disconnected. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing.
Comfortable bed, warm room, good shower, clean, friendly staff and excellent value for money. We had dinner and breakfast included. Dinner was a buffet with an enormous choice of vegan and vegetarian dishes (no vegan desserts though).

United StatesThe staff at reception were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The room air conditioner broke and I had to change rooms and they did not offer to help move my suitcases. A staff repair person angrily took my friend’s card key away from her and yelled at her. For some reason he thought it was not her room. The hotel had loud music and partying outside until 11:30 pm making it very hard to sleep. The room furniture was worn and dated.
The pool was large and cool. The hotel was clean except for stained carpets and furniture.

AustraliaWhile the resort had many positives, I felt the overall attention to detail did not meet the standards typically expected of a five-star property. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but it required more frequent replenishment to maintain quality throughout the service. Our room was clean, but small oversights, such as hair on the bathroom floor and the lack of a fresh toilet paper roll for new guests detracted from what should be a consistently high standard. At checkout, the experience was unexpectedly abrupt. The reception staff asked us to settle our bill, and once payment was made, they walked away without a thank you or confirmation that our stay was complete. This lack of basic hospitality left us uncertain whether we were free to go. Overall, while the resort had some strong elements, these details fell short of five-star expectations and were more in line with a four-star experience.
I liked the warm welcome and the large, outdoor swimming pool and they upgraded us for our anniversary. It was also well located.

United StatesBedding was skimpy, no top sheet, no extra pillows. TV didn't work. Shower was clogged but I was able to remove a huge disgusting blob of hair and soap to free it. Food was plentiful but mediocre. Breakfast was especially disappointing with only instant coffee, no real juices.
Rooms and bed was comfortable. Location was excellent, the grounds and pools were beautiful.
