The aircon was a bit noisy, but worked well. Maybe needs a bit of maintenance, it didn't stop us from sleeping though.

The host was really helpful and attentive. The turkish breakfast was amazing and the view from the terrace was stunning. Our room was cool and clean and had a great shower. Would definitely stay again.

Love the rooftop terraces we spent a lot of relaxing evenings, taking in the sun, rise and evening views. The staff was incredibly intentive, including the owner Oguv. It feels like a bed-and-breakfast given the intimacy of the hotel.

The location is great just in the middle of Ürgüp and can reach the city center in 2 min by walking. The host are great, family run, with home made breakfast every day 😀 They arranged also for us hot air balloon ride and ATV trip . I would recommend it and loved being there with my family.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable which was a good surprise as it surpassed my expectations of a cave hotel. Oguz, the owner, is always available and extremely hospitable. We booked our transfers and excursions directly with Him and had no issues at all. Great breakfast and the views from the terrace is awesome. A convenient short walk into town and the souvenir prices in the shops are so reasonable!!! Lots of great places to eat within easy walking. 😀

Communication is bit of a problem with the language barrier.

Oguz the property owner was very friendly and he himself took us around Cappadocia for a reasonable price as we were late for the actual tours. His mother made amazing breakfast and took care of us like her own kids, she was very sweet. View from the property was amazing. Location very near to Urgup city centre. Oguz was kind enough to even drop us to the airport himself.

The room was massive, we took the underground room and was pleasantly surprised. The owners, especially Oguz were lovely and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay and gave us suggestions of things to do. Beds were super comfy, bathroom was big and amazing and breakfast was really good aswell. We did not get to use the spa bath tub but would defo recommend this place. The view from the terrace was incredible best views

The hotel staff ensured my satisfaction from the beginning, discussing activities prior to arrival and waiting patiently at the bus stop despite a late-night delay. They also helped arrange a personalized itinerary at fair rates, contributing to an enjoyable stay. Communication was smooth, as Aylin was readily available to support her brothers Ugos and Usman, who run the hotel. Language barriers were never an issue, allowing for a stress-free visit. Uzay Hotel is conveniently located near the city center, with the terrace offering lovely views of nearby cave houses. It's a comfortable spot to enjoy breakfast and relax.

The location of the hotel is very nice, it is possible to see everything from the terrace 360 ​​degrees, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious and sufficient, however, the fact that the hotel is a family business and its sincere approach to the customers makes it feel like it is in its own summer house rather than the hotel.
