How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewSuper good value for money! I think I booked the cheapest room but I had a nice little balcony that looked over the pool and courtyard, a double bed and a TV. Everything was clean and functional not to mention the free breakfast that went all the way to 10:00 and the massive pool! Staff were friendly, especially the lady at breakfast who always had a smile and Bella the resident cat (who could nearly be mistaken for a cow) was absolutely adorable - If she didn’t look so happy at the hotel I would have happily snuck her into my suitcase
All of our rooms are the same, but some have a balcony and some without. Depending on availability, we give rooms with balconies first. Your comfort and happiness is very important to us. Bella won't fit in your bag :( Thank you for the nice rewiew. We wait again.

Everything is not up to the standard before booking.Veryyyy small room dirty bathroom ,dirty towels.My booking was 7 days left on the second day and nobody gave attention or asked why are we leaving and they did not even do any refund.Also electricity went down for an hour and it was very hot.
You have purchased a standard room for 2 people. You came as 2 adults and a child. A cot for the child was provided free of charge. Even though you took a standard room, you were given a room with pool view and balcony. Our room and sheets and towels were clean. We are sad that you made a misleading comment. We asked where you were going and you said you were going to a 5-star hotel. I wish you had made a comment that reflected the facts.

Verified reviewHelpfull staff willing to try to give you what you want clean tidy hotel reasonable prices shops 1 minute away and dolmuch buses 5 minute walk they are ever 10 minutes into fethiye .
I did not realise it was as far away as it was it was in calis not fethiye as I know it ? if you don't mind where the area is its a great hotel .

Verified reviewIt had shops and restaurants nearby and is on the main bus route and a 15 to 20 min walk into calis. Was in a quiet location. Staff were friendly, ish When I did complain about the room, they did sort the issues out straight away, rather than being told I'd have to wait as it was late at night. I was offered another room the next day, albeit reluctantly Breakfast was good they had a wide variety of foods inc hot food
When we arrived the bathroom wasn't clean, the toilet seat wasn't secure and the taps covered in limescale and looked dirty. The room was small, and not well maintained. It had a fridge but was enclosed in a cupboard so got so hot it didn't work properly so we had to prop the cupboard open to cool it down. The plug was also broken. The wardrobe door dragged along the floor making a screeching sound and so you had to try and lift it to open it properly. They had a large table that prevented you open the doors properly as well so was a bit of a struggle. The room looked nothing like they show in their photos. On talking to other guests, who had similar issues inc booking a triple room as they wanted more space and were given a tiny room they could barely move in, it turns out there are only a few rooms that look like the photos and they are the ones over looking the pool on the first floor, so if they are booked you're left with smaller less maintained rooms. The pool only had a few sunbeds, and due to all the trees, the sunbed area is constantly in the shade, so if you are looking for a place to laze and sunbath by the pool, this isn't the hotel for you Again, it looks nothing like the photos and wasn't really maintained well inc broken glass around the sunbeds and it stank of cat pee and feaces. They offer a very limited food service and the kitchen closes at 6pm. No late checkout on offer but you can still use the facilities

Very awful service, the worst service I've even seen in Turkey. They have tables near swimming pool. We wanted to seat there in the evening and drink some wine with fruits, bought everything and then they told it is forbidden to seat there with our own food though it was absolutely empty and we didn't know we can order smth from them (it was not obvious, everything was closed and they didn't say they offer this option at all) Also, during breakfast they were gready , didn't let us have as much food as they want.

Verified reviewLovely staff, very helpful. Loved the garden and being able to sit outside. The breakfast was very good, always 3 hot options to chose from. My only criticism would be, they didn't have on offer fruit juice or water. But you could buy these at an additional price.
The room was very small and ensuite was tiny. Sitting on the toilet was an issue as I have long legs. All the room could do with a caring makeover, modernising and either a deep clean and getting rid paint splashes on tiles, mirror, glass etc.

I went with my family.We had 4 rooms.We realised that the room keys opened each room.There is no security in leaving personal belongings in the room. Unfortunately,we had a burn incident.Thete was no burn medicine in the hotel,there are no proper first aid packages.Also there is no one who cares about you. No value to customer

Verified reviewFriendly staff and lovely lady owner. Location is amazing - hotel is in quiet part, minut walking to Calis beach. Hotel is cosy and very clean. Everything smells fresh! Garden with swimming pool is like a heaven. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi is good and it was working really good and fast in room (although is written here on booking.com - that wifi is available at public area only). There is enough space around hotel - for parking and it is secure.

The staff at the reception was was not helpful. He charged the room rent in Turkish lira, but my booking clearly stated that I have to do the payment in Euros. He took extra money by putting a higher conversion rate of Euro to Lira. He took an excuse that his POS machine do not accept the payment in Euros which was not true as there were people from Europe who were staying in the property and were paying him in Euros. His motive of taking the payment in Lira was to charge some extra money by putting a higher conversion rate. I found this very unfair but this is how they are operating. There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, they kept one shampoo bottle in the bathroom. There was no lift in the property and one has to use the stairs for a room situated on the third floor. The breakfast which was included in the stay was very average with a minimal spread and variety. It was quite far from the main market and from the point where one can get a water taxi for the city center.
