We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always making us feel welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the saltwater pool was spotless and so relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Amazing food!! It was one of the highlights of my holiday. Amazing people very friendly. Put a lot of effort to make tourists very comfortable💕💕💕 I want to specifically mention Mr mehmet, who was one of the most welcoming and friendly staff member. Made me feel very welcomed. Mr vurgan also an amazing person with such sweet demeanor and professional. Extremely clean facility, gorgeous view. Every one was extremely kind and I definitely would go back there. If you are in need of relaxation, this is the place you are looking for. No kids, no drama, smooth music, clean pool and rooms, exceptional service, and delicious room service which is available until midnight. The staff members are incredibly nice. Huge shout out to Mehmet, Furkan and Çağrı! Overall, me and my wife really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely small hotel, stylish interior, beautiful grounds, Balinese pool. There is a beautiful sea nearby. Friendly, smiling and cultured staff, especially Birdie. We really enjoyed our stay, it would be a pity to stay only for a day. I would also like to mention the food and drinks, everything was incredibly delicious. Thanks to the hotel owner and all the staff for an unforgettable day, we will definitely come back again.

There is absolutely nothing not to like! I will advise everyone to stay here when visiting Cesme (Izmir).

Everything, this place is even more beautiful than on the pictures! Perfect clean room, nicely decorated and amazing shower! The pool area is an perfectly designed serene area of peace and quiet with a beautiful garden and very comfortable beds! But the absolute best is the amazing hospitality and warmth from the staff. They have done everything to make out stay absolutely amazing including special arrangements for a birthday. And also definately worth mentioning is the delicious and more than complete and very surprising breakfast.

The only minor issue we faced was the language barrier (most of the staff did not speak English fluently, and there weren't instructions on how to access the WiFi, or inform us on house rules and breakfast/pool hours - however the staff made the extra effort to translate and answer all our questions).

The hotel is very stylish, and has recently redecorated (everything from the bed to the TV and fridge were recently installed.)The room was spotless. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful (especially Gizem, who also kindly provided us with suggestions when we asked). Lastly, the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide array of options to choose from. We are very thankful for the warm welcoming and the hospitality from everyone at Venzi!

I don't know English, which is an international language and communication was very difficult. The same breakfast, we don't know if we wanted an omelette or a fried egg, we would have had to pay extra. We tried to check in at 13.00 for at least one room out of two and I was told that it could not be done until 14.00. I came back at 15.00 and then only one room was ready, in the idea that the whole hotel has 21 rooms. The cleaning in the room was done in the late afternoon. Apart from patrons who know a few words in English, the rest of the staff have to learn. The stairs at the pool had the screws loose with the risk of coming off everything.

The location, the position of the room with easy access to the pool, the owners' attempt to make you feel good after a late check-out, by the fact that I did not pay for what I consumed at the pool in the 2 days.

The breakfast was very good. It was a plate with perfect flavors. The staff were friendly and fast. The location was central and easy to find. Everything was perfect, I definitely recommend it.You should definitely try the chef's menus and restaurant cocktails, and the pool was a wonderful experience.
