The room was big but could have been a bit warmer (it also could be the time of the year that I travelled) and frequent wifi fluctuation.

Breakfast was home cooked and excellent with lot of options. Their cute pomerenian dog (I will name him "Hummus" is very loving and friendly and gave me company during my stay.

The hotel was in a great location. There was a good English-speaking man at the reception who always willingly complied with our requests. He was always willing to help find atracks at a fairly good price. Breakfast was great. The view of the valley from the roof was enchanting. There was a family atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The location was very nice. Close to all the shops and restaurants. View cave is run by a family so it has a bery homely environment. The breakfast was very good as well, multiple options to choose from. You can also see balloons from the hotel in the morning

Not a complain but just some things to improve on; i stayed at room #8 which was outside the hotel & next to the street, you can hear people and cars on the street but im not fussy about it,but if you are, ask for a room inside the hotel. the room door definitely needs fixing as there was a problem with locking it both inside and outside but I managed so it was ok for me. Also it would be best if the wall/window be fixed and sealed properly so it doesnt get flooded inside the room when it rains heavily. Emre offered to clean but I didnt mind it as I was checking out the next day anyway and the rain stopped so I was fine. Emre could be more prompt with responding to messages and acknowledgement though. I inquired regarding shuttle service about 10hrs before arrival but no reply until I got to their hotel myself. A short “okay” or “i got your message “ would be nice, so I couldve made up my mind whether to wait for him to reply or get my own transport. Breakfast was also okay but would be nice if there will be some variety. Breakfast was exactly the same my entire stay , but i did not mind at all. Rooftop viewing deck definitely needs improvement and maintenance. I was not able take sunrise photos due to its condition.

Excellent location. 2mins away from the town center. Very budget friendly. Staff try their best if you need help despite the language barrier. Emre was able to let me checkout a little bit later which was great. The room And bed were very comfortable,spacious and also had AC. I was able to sleep nicely at night.

Way to hotel from main road was muddy, not smooth; bit problematic for carrying big luggage. Emre, the manager was nice and helpful; however, he mistakenly charged twice for hotel bill which he solved through booking.com.

Room size and amenities were great! Breakfast was so good! (Plenty options, good amount and the cooking of Emre's Aunt was more than perfect!). View from the breakfast area was nice! Awesome location, middle of the city center. They offered us welcome drinks and made the check-in earlier than usual. We really appreciate that! Overall it was a memorable experience staying there! Wish to visit again so hope they maintain the standard.

The wifi signal was weak in some areas.

They were so friendly, always willing to help with a big smile. The breakfast was more than expected and got us a great deal for the ballon flight.

We had a great stay at the View Cave Hotel! The hosts were very nice and accommodating. They even suprises me with a cake for my birthday! The breakfast served in the morning is delicious and the hotel is situated less than 5 minutes to the city center. Thank you again for having us! *We were also able to wash our clothes for 10 €

The lighting looks dim, especially in the shower room there are no lights. Heather in the room is not optimal for rooms with 3 occupants

the breakfast was very poor. we came early and were waiting for check in, this breakfast wasn't icluded and the receptionist charged us 100 TL per person, in my opinion it is expensive for that type of breakfast. also he didn't want to take payment in TL by card (but eventually did)

we loved the room. spacious, made from stone, looks really good + it was warm inside even though the central heating wasn't working and it was -1 at night. clean sheets and towels. the hotel is close to the bus station. goreme open air museum is not very far, in walking distance. THE MAIN THING - TERRACE!!! THE VIEW IS AMAZING!!!!!! that was the most inportant part for me and I was 100% satisfied
