We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe facilities of the villa overall were very basic, the whole place needs TLC and updating everywhere including furniture, no dishwasher and with 4 people it got a bit crowded in the lounge. The bathroom mirror had electric cables sticking out of it. Air con remote controls weren't working half of the time and made it difficult to operate, assuming it was down to the battery, but there was no charging station for it either. There was no parasol at the villa, we asked the waiting staff 4 times and were told there were none available until we got hold of the main manager who finally sorted one for us within an hour, but that was 2 days before we left, so we had no parasol until then. Even though the pool was cleaned every morning, they left the access doors open every time which opened up to the villas next to you and caused a bit of a privacy issue. Pool tiles were coming off. The staff was very friendly and supportive, but not fully hospitality trained and simple cocktail requests were not possible at all times. The area has a very high amount of mosquitoes, which put a bit of a damper in the evenings, maybe there could have been additional preventive repellent measures applied such as citronella candles, nets, etc. not just at the villa but also in the restaurant and outside facilities.
The pool was cleaned every morning which made the pool glisten every day and it was very enjoyable to use. There are lovely fruit trees outside the complex, and it is a nice quiet area. The shower was good, nice pressure and immediate hot water. The windows and pool doors all had anti insect nets that were needed. Resident cats and dogs were lovely to interact with. The lovely ladies from the cleaning staff were very helpful and supportive.

IrelandThe location is a bir far away from the town center and there’s no grocery stores around. We had to do our shopping with a taxi. Walking that distance every time we went to town was a bit hard for us. The kitchen could be better equipped.
Property was bigger than we thought. 3 bathroom and 2 showers were newly built and clean. The private pool was cleaned every 3 days and the main pool was mostly quiet. The restaurant in the facility has lot of options if you don’t want to walk to the town centre and the owner of the facility is very friendly. There’s always hot water due to solar panels. Every room has separate air conditioning. Everything was working in the house and we did not have any problems related to this. The furniture in the bedrooms were not brand new but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. Thanks again and we will be back.
