Family hotel , sandy beach and crystal clear sea

I didn’t like the fact that the internet in the room practically didn’t work, only on the balcony.

The WiFi only intermittently reached our room. The drinks in the pool bars were a bit hit and miss although guessing how close the drink we received would be to the one we ordered became a bit of a game!

The entire resort was immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was of a high standard and although there was not much variation each day, the choices were pretty vast. The service and food in the included a la carte restaurant was fab and we felt very spoiled. The location on the beach was lovely and we were just a short drive from a very pretty fishing village. The drinks in the main bar were generally of a very high standard. It was fun to be able to jump on a buggy to get around the resort.

The only downside was that the outside pools were not heated so no use of those beautiful and clean pools. Food variety could be improved.

The staff were great. The food was ok but on last night of our stay, it was amazing. The room we stayed at was quite nice and on the hill ( buggy was available all the time to take you up the hill and back) .

The rooms are up in the mountains so you need to take shuttle to get there and it is not really available at night. There is not so many international people there and mostly local people staying there. Staff are not friendly. They look tired of tourists and they are not welcoming

There was no A/C in the main dining room. So everyone ate outside - thank god it was nice out. But it was so hot inside. Also there were long lines for the food when we were there - highly understaffed. We had ants in our room.

It’s so beautiful. The staff are so welcoming and amiable. Good music and vibes at the pool and the beach bars.

The cleaning service wasn’t that good , the rooms wasn’t that clean, but ok , not catastrophic The coffee machines in the main restaurant are too busy , and not all the time there are mugs , and if the machine broke down takes long time to fix it

There was no life guards by the pools that I noticed and the relax pool was full of kids jumping and disturbing us.

Room cleaning is a major problem. Clean towels, toilet paper and even a clean sheet were hard to get. Overall for me this is not really 5 stars but we had a fabulous time as a group of 6 friends. As a family with kids I would have been a little more upset with such service

Amazing location. Beautiful nature, sea, views. Hotel itself is an hour away from the airport and about 40 minutes away from tourist places. Food was good, huge choice. Staff were really trying to make your stay comfy. Especially if you booked activities, cabanas and A la cart restaurants.

Rooms were not clean specially toilet. Toilets in the facility close to the crowded places needed to get cleaned more often.

Facilities were supper nice. We were very happy with the staff. They were very polite, nice and caring. Food was good but could be better in my taste.

There is no wi fi in club rooms which is very disappointing

We really liked the hotel, especially food was amazing with a large variety of dishes. The beach was clean and neat and the sea was just beautiful. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Especially I would like to thank Dilce from Guest Relations for her attentive attitude towards the guests. Also thanks to Javid for his assistance.

Room quality could be better, Bathroom needs an upgrade. Little far from the main Bodrum city.

Great resort and facilities. So many activities, You don't have to step out. A huge variety of food was available. Has a private beach area.
