We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Trinidad and TobagoThe living room area was too hot. The microwave did not work, not enough dishes. The bath towels were smelly. The master bathroom was not properly cleaned. We booked for 7 adults and 1 child and there were inadequate sleeping arrangements. Luckily only 6 of us came but I had to ask the manager what would have happened if there were 8 of us.
The pool, air conditioned bedrooms, location, walking distance to the beach, , enough seating, nice decor. Enough cooking utensils, and appliances.

Canadano screens on windows to keep out bugs. A hammock would really contribute to the property but not available. Needs a shady place -as swimming pool gets full sun. The laundry was not working - which was a problem.

location was fantastic, minutes walk to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. everything you needed was minutes walk away. the pool was great as well, kept is from the beaches sadly only because we didn’t realize how short a walk it was to the beaches.’

The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and facilitated all our needs for our stay there.
