I didn’t dislike anything about it. The only things that were so-so were that the big pool was deep for me and my children - I am only 5’2”, and the low end of the big pool was right under my chin - and there’s no major barrier between the property and the neighbors - while there is fencing, it doesn’t offer much privacy. That said, we only saw one neighbor twice throughout our stay, and he was very pleasant.

The property is located within 15-20 minutes of the airport and Scarborough - it was prime for us because we don’t like to stay in the hustle and bustle or in the boondocks/more than 20 minutes from our activities. Linens, dishes, cooking space, and functioning A/C were icing on the cake.

It had no lines to hang wet clothes and couldn't operate the television.

On arrival, the apartment had an odor from being closed it needed to be aired out before arrival, but as it was open and airfreshner applied, it was ok. Baking dish needed. The pool is deep. However, the mini one is great for kids.

The location was ideal close to the port and great for relaxation. It also had a great view of the ocean and poolside. The pools were clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. The apartment was spacious. The price was reasonable for my family of 5. Washing facilities included. It was so great i had to book an extra day and management was very accommodating. Will definitely recommend it.

The bedroom I stayed in had a bed only. It needs a dressing table and stand for a suitcase. Needs a few more dishes and glasses. Minor things.

It was very spacious. The view from the balcony was beautiful. And the pool was wonderful to close the evening.

The water issues, i believe the water pump was a bit faulty because on the days that it didnt have the government water supply the water from the tanks to the apt was trickling in the showers.

The villa met our expectations and we weren't misguieded. It's a family oriented place and the location is ideal for relaxation. We enjoyed the pool and were pleased that we we able to access all other amenities. The villa was clean and the beds were comfortable. The overall ambience was one of serenity.

Host was friendly and accomodating toward all of our needs, the compound was cleaned daily and we were treated to fruit from trees on the compound.

Only one bathroom for the two rooms, door to bathroom did not close properly. Scant toiletries, had to run out for toilet paper. Toilet areas could do with a general cleaning.

The location was great. Pool etc.was good. Space was ideal, kitchen was good. Laundry facilities were adequate.

The place looked good overall but there were many defects which made it uncomfortable such as both toilet doors not closing, lack of privacy. AC in master room not cooling properly, stove lighting poorly, one shower which not was not working properly and a dirty pool and many more..

I have already written to comments which was deleted by your system I would not recommend this location because it was too risky for children and indiviuald withlimited mobility. There was no hot water abvailable in the property. Booking .com should never have approved such a venue to costomers . it is not suitable or ready for guests.

Everything was great except for the pressure of the water in the taps but it was manageable.only thing I will recommend is a mini laundry area for guess who are staying long to be able to rince off their clothes.

We love love loved the place. For the amount we paid- we really got a great deal. We enjoyed the View. Appreciated the peace and serenity. The pool was really great. We supervised the kids while in the water. They allowed us to pick from the fruit trees. I really like their customer service and quick responce whenever we contacted them. There is washer and drier so that was a wonderful convenience. We didn't have to wear damp clothes after bathing in the pool when we wanted to go to the beach- we dried the clothing. There was a lot of family bonding, games and fun. The phones got a break 😆 for this trip.

As we entered there was a smell like the place was not cleaned often or before our arrival, the bedroom was the only room with an air condition unit, no proper utensils in the Kitchen, the straw chairs in the living room were broken and shredding, there was moss on the concrete walkway to the pool and the pool was not cleaned

The only thing is if you don't have a vehicle to get around would be difficult as ttride and allride and taxi service is not reliable . The pool was really deep, with kids it would be an issue if they can't swim. The depth was not gradual it started at 4 feel and by quarter of the pool was already close to 5 feet deep. We had two life jackets which was good. Other than that everything was good.

The house was clean,quiet and alot of room the two bedrooms had its on toilet and bath and a half bath by the laundry area, the pool was nice.and had a kiddy pool which was excellent as the regular pool was really deep,life jackets were also available. If you have a vehicle to move around the location would not be an issue. The host Mt Trim was really nice, he dropped us to Store Bay and picked us up in the evening and took us to the Ferry when we were leaving which was so kind of him, as transportation was not easily assessable and we did not come with a vehicle. Overall stay was excellent.

The place far exceeded my expectations. My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely and will be booking this location again. The caretaker was really helpful and even recommended a great place to eat. Thank you castle view, you made my daughter's birthday exceptional!
