    nothing, but the payment process was not straightforward as they didn’t accept direct international payment. I was provided with a QR code for payment which I was uncertain of but maintained communication with the owner who assured me of its authenticity.

    The rooms were very spacious, clean and tidy, well prepared for the festive season. Had some complementary goodies and drinks on arrival. Clean Pool and hot tub facilities which were enjoyed by us. Easy access to shops and beaches. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch, so overall exceptionally well. Would highly recommend

    The kitchen is old and chappy. Not enough cutlery for 10 persons. The stove and oven do not work properly. The drains in two bathrooms did not work. The drying rack rusty and stains the cloths. The worst thing is the owner. First of all she did not show up at arrival!!! Nor there was a key. No wifi code in the house - as promised. I had to pay 450 TT$ in phone bill to get in contact with her. Noone came at departure. But after coming back to Denmark a long list came over things she was unhappy with: Drains in the barhrooms, bath towels, a garbagge can. No documentation at all. I dont recognise that. We cleaned the house by departure to avoid any problems (all though the cleaning is included in the price) Now 1 month after departure I have not got my deposit of 400 US$ back!!! In the presentation it says you will get the money back within a week. How come that a owner can just keep your money/deposit????

    The house was big and nice pool.

    Noise and neighbourly dispute meant we couldn't use pool. Also there was total miss communication around the deposit you pay as well as rental

    The property was clean and close to beach

    - compared to photos you will see it was not so excellent - they tried to give us into 2 rooms, even we booked 4 rooms - whole street was 10-20cm under water whole the time (even frogs and fishes are living there), due heavy raining and because it's close to part of island which is permanently under water - our guests took deposit (it was not a part of deal with booking) and till now they didn't give it back to us (it's almost one week after) - after our departure the guest lady started to making up different reasons why to take up deposit, be really carefull on this - rather make photos of bathrooms, bedrooms when you will be leaving

    - big common areas (kitchen & living room) - 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms - small pool - nice and quiet location - very helpful and nice guy Dexter

    I think i was charged a bit too much for 2 kitchen towels and 1 bath math($350tt)!!! And I think the check out time was way too early considering the time that we checked in, and normally every where we stay the ck out time is usually the same time you ck in or at mid day
