“I was unable to stay at this property. While cycling through Taiwan, I booked a room for the same day. The property sent an automated message requiring me to pay in advance at a post office to receive entry instructions. I attempted to contact them multiple times to inquire about payment methods (cash or card), but they never responded - not even after several days. Due to their lack of communication and leaving me waiting in the rain and cold, I rate this experience 1/10.”
