Lovely decor, comfortable beds, good level of air conditioning. It was really handy for the station. The staff were delightful and answered many questions before I arrived. They organised a day trip for me to Sun Moon Lake with a private car which was cheaper than 3 of us taking a bus tour.

Excellent location, the room is more spacious than expected. Nice coffee and bread just in the opposit of the hotel. A few good cafes and bookshops nearby. Thanks for the snacks provided too.

The air-con was not working well, however after feedback to the staff, they managed to fix the issue within one day and was working again when we cams back at night.

The interior of the hotel room was really nice and spacious, the location of the hotel was rather peaceful. The staff was really friendly as well, where they try their best to cater to our needs.

Beautifully designed small hotel. Rooms lovely, beds and showers great.tea and coffee in rooms couple of drinks in mini fridge. Fantastic bakery on the corner and lots of coffee shops open from mid morning. 10 minute walk to the station

Bathroom tile is same color as hallway, so it is easy to trip over the step in the dark

Only stayed for one night but the hotel upgraded me to a room with a massive double bed. The room had a cool design with exposed cement, a big window and pretty lights :) convenient location too

As we are situated in old town of tai Chung, no shopping malls around that area, so at nite could be boring, as nothing to roam about.

Near to miyahara and also is at old city of tai Chung, so nearby we can find many eateries place. The bed is super comfortable and the room is very well ventilated, love the new designs of the room, so beautifully decorated.

Just two small things: the room doesn't have a sofa area; the room type with a sofa was not the type I needed. Additionally, the mirror hanging on the wall directly faces one of the beds. I had to use a bath towel to cover it over when I slept.

In general, the room size is good, and the beds are very comfortable. I especially like the size of the bathroom. Big and clean, the towels are soft.

The room is clean and we loved the hotel's aesthetic. The staff were helpful too when we asked for assistance in booking a taxi to the train station. While the location is a bit of a walk to a bus stop or train station, it was quiet and near a good bakery which sold delicious bread and pastries ❤️

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. We needed a hotel for a short stay that had to be within walking distance to the train station and the bus station and this hotel met all our needs. I would stay here again.

The shower stall is not sealed properly and leaked water onto bathroom floor. Too much noise from ventilation at night

The wifi was spotty, and there was construction happening outside at 9am the first morning that we weren’t aware of. The location is okay - you’re about a 15 minute walk away from a lot of good spots

Comfortable bed, and friendly staff. The room was pretty large and clean, with slippers, snacks, and water provided. There was ambience lighting as well which was a fun surprise! Good shower and nice to have a bidet too

The only thing to note is that the sound-proofing while good, could be a bit better.

The design of the hotel is art deco and very stylish - gives us a bit of a New York vibe! The rooms are very comfortable and well designed and very clean! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with non-down pillows as my wife is allergic to feathers and even gave us a little gift as it was our honeymoon. It’s also located in City Center with a lot of great attractions, eateries, cafes. Near the famous Miyahara, old train station, Taiwan Connection Urban park and a lot more. It also has great CP! The hotel was so great that we have already booked for another stay!

Bathroom floor was a bit slippery, not enough space for hanging clothes. Slight aircon issue on our last night so the room was a bit warm.

Room was large, spotless and stunning. Lots of space for suitcases and to sit and relax. Bathroom was lovely. Great selection of food for breakfast and cold water, drinks and snacks in room daily.

Neighbourhood isn’t the best in terms of having things to do nearby. We never felt unsafe but it is an older neighbourhood with areas that could be uncomfortable for the casual traveler. Bonus is that it’s very close to the local train station and terminal bus station to places like Sun Moon Lake/Puli, etc.

Rooms had a unique charm, small but we had plenty of space. The staff were extremely friendly, and rooms were very clean.
