This is not an issue of the hostel itself but it was a bit far from where we needed to be for our trip. I do wish there were more hostels near the wharf, but the location of this hostel was set right next to a farm setting which made it peaceful, so although not as close to the wharf as we hoped, considering going back for a getaway from the main city.

Cannot praise this hostel enough. The staff was super nice and helpful and the facilities far exceeded our expectations. One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at in Taiwan. I was thoroughly surprised how much value we got for the price. It was so nice, I wouldn’t be upset if the raised the price a bit because the value is definitely worth more than what we paid. Amazing experience overall.

I love this homestay very much as it is very clean, the interior design the decoration and the music play make it a very cosy place to stay. The only thing no good is it is not near to the railway station.

It was super clean, great communication with the host, it was possible to arrive sooner than planned and the bikes available were in good condition. They are also very well informed about the area (advising me where to park the bike to hike up Matcha Mountain and where to grab good food). I even got a ride to the train station on my check out date! For breakfast you get vouchers for nearby Food spots so that was also really nice.

Although I appreciate that the hotel does not provide tooth brushes and other toiletries, I will still prefer that they provide bath towels. The beds can get a blind, which will improve the privacy of the guests during the stay in dormitory

They provided the kitchen facility. The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. They provided us with the map of the area and recommended tourist spots. The access to the hotel was easy.

Owner is suuuuuuper friendly, i got a free ride from the train station 😁 She gave me a tangerine as well 🤣🤣🤣 You can ride the bicycle for free, it is a huge plus! Wifi is good, bathroom is clean, bed was comfortable. Highly recommend it!

It was little bit outside of the center, but for me it was perfect because I wanted to stay somewhere that’s next to the mountain and enjoy the quietness outside of the touristic area.

The host was super nice and friendly, he made sure eveything was well prepared upon your arrival. I literally felt like home here. He even self draw the map surrounded by our house which was super helpful.

Beautiful house, wonderful hosts. Super comfy beds and great views from the balcony. Common areas immaculately clean and well thought out. Peaceful and quiet location. Bikes were in fantastic condition and made getting around really convenient.

Not for me, but I observed that some indication/specification in the hostel is almost Chinese only, it would be hard for foreign guests (which there are quite some in the hostel). This is something you can work on.

The hostel provide free bikes for the guest, this is quite convenient given that the hostel is rather far from the city center.

Even though the location was not in the city, it was a little bit outside, but the hotel provided free bicycle rent. By bicycle it was around 10-15 min to the city center. I stayed at mix dorm, bed was super comfortable and the room was big, with a mountain view, locker and very good shower.
