Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff was very kind but not very helful in terms of touristic information because she did know the area at all.
The hostel was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and very conveniant. The roof top was great unfortunatly it rained a lot therefore we couldn't take advantage of it. The familly room was cosy with very good beds and we had our private terrasse.

All the reviews are true! Lovely host, clean rooms. Lovely common/kitchen area with free tea, coffee, snacks and ice cream! Free simple bikes to use, I used 1 both days and it was great. Good price for the area and what you get is great.

- I could never find staff on site, even when I arrived I couldn’t find anyone to check me in I had to look all over the hostel and ask many people (as I don’t have a sim I couldn’t call the hostel number). - Didn’t like the fact the common area / kitchen was outside as it was hot and humid when I would make my tea/food etc and not a single fan out there. - Hostel had no social vibe
- Room was spacious and clean and modern - Had the room to myself for a couple days - Well equipped with everything you need

Nothing really.
Great location, clean facilities, comfortable bed, generous snacks and coffee. Most of all, the unbelievable price for everything including laundry facilities for just 750NT per night. I know because this is the third time I have come back ❤️

Steps going up to the 4th floor. Cost is a bit expensive. Otherwise, it's such a lovely environment.
Bedding privacy. That there are strong curtains, clean and decent beds. Complimentary tea/coffee bar

I had a great stay at 910 Hostel! The hostel is very clean and comfortable, there is also a laundry room to use freely and the location is very convenient. Would stay there again :)

Wifi in my room didn’t work
They got everything you need, even free ice cream! The bikes are not the best but I made it to the waterfall with them so good enough!

Amazing place with beautiful roof terrace! The first night I was alone in my room and had so much space. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean. I could do my laundry for free and had all the space downstairs for relaxing and having breakfast. It was also nice to be able to use the bike to cycle around (and an umbrella on a rainy evening). Great place!

Good location. Beds are comfortable and the hostel is clean. I liked the kitchen equipment, and it's also a good place to meet people :) They have 2 bikes you can use for free. The owner can speak English and helped me to arrange a taxi service to get to Walami trail.

a washing machine is next to the 4-bed-dorm and sometimes used still in the evening, making some noise (not too much though). At night all is quiet.
well organized, clean, quiet, good wifi, 5 minutes walk to train station, free coffee/tea/fruits/biscuits, nice communal areas, 2 bycicles (but no gears & saddle fixed in low position) for free.

Wonderful. Clean, nicely appointed with lots of great little chill out areas, a good shared kitchen area and a nice rooftop. Comfortable, small rooms too. Super friendly host and free coffee etc available. Laundry machines were also free to use. Couldn't ask for more!
