A bit dated and the beds were very firm. Even my partner who prefers firm beds found them a bit too hard - but that’s a personal preference

Convenient location a short walk to the night market. It’s also walkable from the train station. Room was a decent size and they let us keep out luggage there after check out.

There were no windows, the space was small and the internet was shaky. Also, I repeatedly found hairs in the bed and on the towels. I often stay in hotels around Taiwan, and for the price, this room was certainly below average.

Non-smoking room smelled like tobacco smoke. I had no occasion to use the cup of condoms by the bedside.

It is what it is. You book a cheap hotel, you get a cheap hotel. Good value for the money. Little annoyances (the AC couldn't be turned off).

The location of the hotel is very near to the attractions that I want to visit. It very close to 廟口夜市. It also near to the bus station，so we can get to the nearest attraction by bus

No windows. It smelled of cigarettes and i could not open the window for fresh air. AC was not enough to remove cigarettes smell

It is old hotel but was nicely repainted recently. Room and bed were clean. Room is elegant with round bed - looks like love hotel. Maybe lower cost love hotel but quite ok. Renovation is simple but nice job!

The room is quite cramped and restricted, and the decoration and facilities make you feel like you were living in 1920s. What’s even worse is that the bedclothes and comforter cover look like they were never been washed or changed. The blood stains and yellowing from body oils on the bedding are obvious and extremely unpleasant. There’s much room for hygiene and cleanness improvement.

The staff are very gentle, welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

I am not sure what kind of hotel this was. I think now, it may have been a brothel of some sort.I had to put a cleaner sheet on the bed. Beside the bed has a serviette dispenser with paper cups, full of condoms. The receptionists were nice. At 2:00 a.m., after unable to sleep for three hours due to loud commotion in the adjacent room, I went to the reception and complained. They made a phone call to the room. Problem solved. Though not a nice feeling.

A nice place with friendly staff. It's an old building with a peculiar style, but it's affordable and a great location in downtown Keelung, just a few minutes' walk from the night market and other local attractions.

Bed is VERY uncomfortable. Very hard matress and mega heavy blanket. I had feeling that I sleep on the rock. Smell was very old but I opened window. Besides, it was very loud outside our room. It feels like you dont have doors and windows(even when its closed). Fan on our floor was annoying loud. You just can't sleep at all. You always feel dirty because everything smells old.

No heating at all!!! AC/DC awfully cold and impossible to be stopped!!! The only support i got was non English speaking housekeeper , brought a second blanket and let me survive!!! I didn’t sleep , my entire body froze and am the morning- running nose!!!!

Dirty Bathroom. The AC could not be adjusted, so it went full power 24/7. Blankets werent thick enough to handle that. Staff not welcoming. Aquarium with fish in disgusting water who look like they are about to die from negligence. Just to name a few things that made me feel like I wanna leave this place. The worst is that it wasn't even cheap

Nicely located, but thats all for the good side.
