Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustriaI mean it's up for taste, but it feels a bit like a hookup-hotel, there is sex-toys sold and you can get in and out without being really seen. Not a problem for us tho and we didn't see or hear anyhting shady.
Very spacious room, with nice features, such as a whirpool inside. Overall very good, you can drive your car directly into your own garage (which we didn't have so we just walked) which i've never seen before. Breakfast was nice.

Singapore6pm check-in time is not too convenient (but that comes with being a love motel, I guess). I understand that there are no disposable amenities for sustainability reasons, but a bottle of hand soap would have been nice.
This is a drive-in love motel, which can be a bit surprising if you're a solo traveller arriving on foot. Still, it's a perfectly decent stay. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. Short walk to the metro, and a reasonable walking distance to Zepp New Taipei.

AustraliaThere was no toilet paper on arrival. Obviously overlooked by the domestic staff because there was no toilet roll holders to put them on. There was nowhere to hang damp towels. Nowhere to place the bar soap for handwashing.
The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was close to public transport. There was a sauna and a spa which seemed a little excessive but may suit some. The staff were respectful.

PhilippinesCleanliness could be improved slightly. There could have been some shelves for the clothes. Communication is not always easy because most of the staff don't speak English.
Somewhat surprising because it's a motel, no real lobby and a garage in front of the room. Very good location, near MRT and bus. Very comfortable and modern. The jacuzzi feels so good after a day of walking in Taipei! Plants in front of the window. Good Breakfast. Nice service and kind staff. Very good value for money.

AustraliaWhen we enter the room have strong smell of cigarettes, we inform the reception they change the room for us but still can smell the cigarette a bit. FYI, Not recommended for family because it is 18+ apartments it has sex toy vending machine in the garage.
Good location and good for the parking for who travels with car.

CambodiaMost importantly: the first room smelled heavily of smoke despite the listing saying non-smoking, and the second room smelled less like smoke but heavily of cheap air freshener. This is a love motel and there was nothing to indicate that in the listing. For those who don't know, a love motel is a place where Asian couples go to discretely make love. Every room had a garage to hide a vehicle so people could just drive in and park. That is why check-in isn't open until 6 PM, which was unexpected.
Close to airport MRT, staff was pleasant, value was ok

JapanTo be honest, at first I was like 'Ooh... did I take a mistake?' Cuz it seems like couple's hotel. I didn't know that. For example in US, MOTEL doesn't only mean couple's hotel so I didn't think it about this hotel. I can't say comfortable about this point.
Tasty breakfast, staffs are warm and kind, they did great work for my request. And I didn't feel other customers noise. Quiet.
