I was at Team Room, why bottom bed thin size and upper thick size

Accomodation inside an apartment, for me a little old building but their unit seems renovated full. My room at 6th floor, provided with refrigerator, oven, tea, coffee and table at hall area, and the important is walking distance to Chiayi Train Station. Staffs who I met while morning or night really responsive to my questions and good in English also Everything went very good !

Bathrooms and toilets not that clean, otherwise for a cheap hostel, if you plan to go arround visit all the time it is worth it

The welcome was a bit cold. Not a single smile, I arrived and got asked "reservation??" in a kind of rude way. It's fine but if course the first impression could have been better.

Location is great, very close to the bus/train station. Next to a great veg restaurant as well. Beds are confortable, you have a small tablet to put your stuff, curtains and everything.

The bathroom was quite cramped but perfectly functional.

Very clean, quiet and right by the train station with nice cold AC. The staff are very sweet and allowed us to store our bikes inside which was appreciated. Would especially recommend the deluxe quadruple room which has an incredible city view.

Room was great as shown in the photos, with a nice view, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Common dining area is also nice and cosy. Location is great, a short walk from the main train station. All digital locks so check out is fuss free.

It was not easy to locate

The place is clean and feels homely. Good place for us doing a one-night stopover before heading out to Alishan. It is near to the bus interchange where we can catch th ebus and the balcony also offered a great sunrise shot of the Alishan mountain range.

The only thing I didn't like so much was the bathroom. It is a small wetroom that includes the toilet, shower, and sink, separated by a curtain. The "shower" area was very small and awkward. This being said, compared to other places I've stayed at, the wet room was very clean and the curtain did a good job of stopping the water from getting the clothes/towels wet.

The room was very nice and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. They provided all amenities like towels, soap etc. They also asked if we needed a toothbrush. The check-in staff were very helpful, especially with payment. They also allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time and helped us find a bus to where we wanted to go. I liked how the doors were all locked using a code, though it may be hard to remember at first, it is much better than worrying about loosing a key card.

Hotel didn't allow early check-in even though the room was ready. Room was not soundproof and power points were loose and not much usable. Top bunk bed was not easy to get up to.

Staff was friendly, provided recommendations when asked. Room has a hello kitty theme.

Location is just min walk from train station, easy to find. Check in instruction is clear. Hotel willing to let you keep the baggage with them overnight while exploring Alishan.

Rooms a bit small, not enough space to open luggage and have walking space. Cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet. No shelves in toilet to place personal items.

The accommodation gave us a homely feeling. Rooms are clean. Parents are satisfied with the accommodation. Don't mind staying at this hotel again.

The shower and toilet are connected. Just one curtain to separate them. It’s so crowded when we are taking a shower.

the bidet wasn’t working/broken. The size of the shower room and toilet was too small. The floor was quite dirt. There were constantly knocking sound (probably renovation was going on) and couldn’t have a peaceful sleep after the tiring hike. The room can be cramped up if it’s fully occupied. The hostel setting on the 6th floor somehow seemed to be depressing.
