Very convenient location, close to a variety of local eateries. Room is spacious and nicely set. The common room is superb. Highly recommended.

When we checked out we asked if there was a discount for booking again, was just told no. Maybe caught them off guard, but seemed like a pretty simple question. Booked through the app and got a good price.

We arrived very early so had booked the room from the night before. This was all fine with the hotel and we were able to check in and get into our room straight away. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom with Japanese toilet and bathtub. Enough space for our two big bags and extra small bags. Great location. Quiet room. Air conditioning was very good, needed with high temperatures outside. Breakfast/snack room was spacious with food and drink available, great to have cold water available. They said they were renovating and there might be noise. Only thing we saw was one of the lifts having protection up for the workers. Booking again for our return trip to taipei.

Late checkin to the hotel Got no windown in the room( doesn’t say on the website when I book) Always sleep well in the hotel. My first time stay in the hotel without window Feeling wired the room atmosphere, can’t sleep well unfortunately

I have no complaints.

I really liked this hotel. The location in Zhongshan was great. There was a lot to explore within walking distance to the hotel. The snack and coffee room was really nice, including the free ice cream. The price was very reasonable for what you get.

Nothing.

It's near many bus stations, the staff were helpful and patient. I super love their snack bar, especially mocha coffee, it kept me warm this cold weather. The room was clean and has windows, the only downside that it doesn't have any hanging bar, but it didn't affect my experiences. And I have to applaud their shower, a very thoughtful design. Overall, I had a good stay and will book them again for my next visit to Taiwan.

The location is really great as it is near the city and train station. The staff they have are also helpful! The snacks are nice to have too. Hope they could have buffet breakfast someday. I'd book again in here when we visit Taipei and my family comes in

The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from Shuanglian MRT station, situated near a traditional market. It can feel a bit dim when walking back to the hotel late at night.

They offer a snack bar on the 2nd floor from 8:00 to 11:00 AM, featuring a selection of toast, cookies, tea, and coffee.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The hotel staff were so kind, accommodating, and efficient. They helped with calling our taxis and patiently answering our questions about the area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from the 11th floor was beautiful. The 24-hour lounge on the 2nd floor providing cocoa, coffee, instant soup, cookies, ice cream was so nice. The surrounding area is vibrant with local markets, restaurants, and many convenience stores next to the hotel. Our stay truly was home away from home. Highly recommended!

The Rooms are a bit on the small side

Close to MRT and to Tamsui River Cycling / Run Path; Therefore if somebody likes to go jogging in the morning or leave the city center by bicycle it's a good option because the Tamsui Cycling Path is closed by; Luggage Storage before Check-In and After Check-Out

They don't serve breakfast but it didn't trouble me at all, lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. When I asked the receptionist whether it would be possible to check out an hour late, she said it would cost 200 NTD... unless I would leave a 5-star review on Google or TripAdvisor and(!) show it to her as a proof it was 5 star. I don't think there is anything wrong with charging for checking out late (though many hotels will throw it in as a freebie when the room's available), nor with giving perks for leaving a review in general. But demanding a proof it was 5 stars rather than just asking for an honest feedback seemed underhanded.

Good location, very decently sized room. Easy check in. The bed was super comfy, not too soft or springy. AC worked well but wasn't needed really. The weather was great, I kept the window open most of the time (though there were occasional noises from the traffic at night).

The hotel is located in a central area, between two MRT stations and quite close to the Taipei Main Station. The room is super clean and cozy and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

- The wall was a bit thin so I could here the next room's talking, or they were probably loud. - The bed was quite too hard for my liking. - I noticed cigarettes smell in my room in early morning, around 8 am. It happened during my previous stay in April, too. So I supposed it was from construction workers who came in to work in the morning. - My bathroom door made loud, squeaky noise.

The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and all amenities and facilities were there, and the wifi was also very fast. Also surrounded by a few convenience stores and not far from underground stations. I stayed here twice and overall it has been a good decision.
