Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room did not have a pleasant smell, musty the first time we entered, and every time we returned after a long day out playing.
Most of their staff were courteous. Breakfast was delightful. Appreciate the free snacks.

The first room we got with two single beds was extremely cramped and awkward. The beds were on a raised platform accessed by a few steps, with space underneath to store luggage. There wasn’t much room for two people. The second room I stayed in by myself was a family room and that was considerably more spacious and comfortable.
Extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff members and location close to main train station. A snack bar is available, nice teas in the room too.

The soaps provided.

As many other reviews mention, the rooms are very small and tight for space. We spent nearly all day out, so it didn't bother us much. Also, as we were expecting it, we were prepared for it.
The location is very convenient. It is an easy walk to Taipei main station. We were travelling as a family with young children so the sweet room, the play room and free use washing machine were very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English well.

No! It's perfect!
It's exceptional! Absolutely lovely place to stay! My kids are spoiled by Bee House. Very warm services. The place is clean and tidy. Love the snack bar and reading room. Thanks for the drip bag, very delightful nights here.

The room design for 3 beds was not that good compared with another 3 beds room type we booked in Koashuing. This one was so compacted. The size was the same 23 m2 but we thought that they arranged the room design wrongly and made us feel not enough space.
Location was great as it took about 5-10 minutes to reach Taipei Main Station. Also, many things/shops/ near by. We could walk to Ning Xia night market from the hotel. We haven't booked with breakfast option so no comments on that. They provided us with free snack/candies every night where we could took anything on the 3rd floor in the plastic bag the gave us when check-in.

Sometimes you can hear knocking. Nothing scary or haunting but I think it's just the doors closing but it's not that distracting.
Before you read other reviews, please understand that Asians are generally smaller people so the room size was just perfect for me and my wife (I'm 174cm or 5"9). The place is near the train station and convenience stores and a short bus away to other tourist destinations that you may want to see. The free snacks, driving sim and the library is a nice touch. They do have a bakery downstairs too and I would recommend it. This place houses a bathtub and a bidet (like Japan) so if you want to clean your bum, this is one of the few places that does it for you.

The rooms are very small and the economy rooms have no window. If you were the smallest person in your class, then the shower was made for you. My husband is 6' and the shower head was at his chest height. The breakfast room was small and often crowded. Breakfast had only one non egg dish.
It's in a good position not far from central station and a large shopping centre. Helpful and friendly staff. There is also a small laundry, a games room and a free snack bar. Breakfast was good if you liked eggs. The bed was comfortable and the room was at a good temperature.

You can hear noise from other rooms, specially doors closing.
Room is not big but has everything you need. The only drawback is the acoustic insulation that is not good, but we could rest without major problems. The localization of the hotel is perfect. Close to the MRT. You can get to the airport within 1hour. It is very easy to find the hotel and there are thousands of stores in the neighborhood.

Due to the large area of Taipei main station, the hotel is quite far from MRT zone of the main station, the room is very small, not enough space to open 2 luggages at the same time

Breakfast starts at 7:30, which is a little late for days when we planned day trips out of the city, although the staff were kind to pack a to-go breakfast. The beds are on the “floor” of a raised platform (like Japanese tatami style), which made it hard for my elderly father to get up from the bed.
The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Taipei main station, which is very reasonable. It has a number of stores and eateries close by, and also about 10 minutes walk to the Dadaocheng area. The decor is very cute and functional; the bathroom was a good size. There is free laundry on the 7th floor. The beds and blankets were super comfortable and the staff were very kind and accommodating. There is also a snack room where you can try various snacks.
