Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe baby cot they supplied was broken at the leg so it wasnt stable. The baby had to sleep with us in the end. The aircon couldnt be set to 25C so ended up having it at 21C which was too cold at night. The room wasnt cleaned very well.
Very convenient location, you could access a convenience store downstairs. The breakfast was lovely, had a lot of stir fry veges. They provide transportation to and from airport - the staff was flexible and still willing to pick us up even the flight was delayed for 5 hours.

Free airport pickup, and ride back to the airport. Nice staff. Good wifi, good location, decent breakfast. :).
