For us it was location but it was a big problem

The location for tourists is okay but a bit far out for many places. We were short of time so took uber which was quick and easy. Very nice helpful staff nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast is very basic.

The room was large and very clean and with a good sized bath tub. The staff were excellent. Very kind and patient and always available if required.

Slightly tired, laundry room a bit shabby, corridors could do with a refresh but price and location more than compensate.

Hotel great value, good location, with tube stops to the north and the south - which between you get you everywhere. Decent breakfast. Check in and out very straightforward. Clean rooms, reasonable size, great value. Coin operated laundry.

Very minor point: The hotel room and hallway carpet looks a little old but everything was kept very clean and tidy, and everything in my room including the bathroom functioned very well.

The room was very clean and spacious, with all the things you need like kettle, instant coffee, bottled water etc. The king size bed was very big and was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was great - I put out the "do no disturb" sign and indeed they did not try to come in to clean my room but nonetheless left me extra towels, bottled water and instant coffee outside my room in case I needed any of these things. Check-in staff was very helpful and friendly. Also like the fact that the hotel has a cafe.

A comfortable hotel in a good location, a 30 minute walk from Taipei 101. The room was clean and spacious (with a kettle, which is always appreciated). I did not have breakfast included with my booking but paid for it separately a few times and it was fine. Very helpful and responsive staff.

Hotel is small and relatively old. Nevertheless, I love the two king sized beds in the quadruple room. It helps cuz we are bigger people than most Asians. The front desk guy that checked us in was really nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The location is about 15 mins walk from nearest nanjing sanmi mtr station

The check-in, which is easy and allows you to drop our luggage earlier. The breakfast is simple the dim sum is good.

Lots of mosquitoes, the first night after we checked in we killed at least 8 of them before we felt comfortable to sleep, and the next morning we killed another one. I brought it to staff attention, but not much help lol

The location quite far from MRT station but bus stops are very near

Easy to check in and check out. I extended my check out from 11am to 1pm and need to pay NTD 600. The breakfast buffet was okay. Quite near to Family Mart, 7-11 and Carefour. Their plugs are universal so you dont need to worry about converter. Halal Yunus restaurant is around 800 metres for Muslim travellers. Not sure if you care but we came to Taiwan in winter and the heated toilet is a saviour and with bidet, its marvellous.

Just wish the floor, doors, and others looked more well kept. It would be helpful to have shelving inside the closets so we can bring out more clothes. with the lack of shelves, all my clothes stayed in the suitcase for my entire stay.

The room smelled quite damp and it was somehow kinda humid inside, which left my luggage a bit wet.

The location is handy and the size of the room was really good as it was large enough. The staff was friendly and breakfast enough.
