A yery nice and clean room, extremely friendly and helpful personnel and an amazing breakfast made our stay unforgettable.

The property was very well maintained. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable (bidet toilets and fancy showers if that matters to you). Breakfast was delicious with western and eastern food choices. The hosts were very nice and had recommendations on restaurants and how to manage schedules. We booked the double bed room and the view from the room was amazing. We would totally stay again!

The room is very comfortable with air cond or small heater at your disposal. There is also mountain scenery at the balcony. Owner prepared amber snacks and drinks. Also there is a water dispenser that is filtered for consumption in the room. Owner is also friendly and helpful, help to send us to bus terminal upon request.

Breakfast can be improved with changes, better to not having the same everyday.

Peaceful room with a lovely view. The host was very kind and helpful when we had to change our plans, and also helped us out with our bags when we left Xitou on the bus. We felt very welcomed, thank you!

This hotel looked new inside and was very comfortable. It had an elevator which was a great help in getting our luggage to our room. There was filtered hot and cold water in the room which was very convenient. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast was hot, good, and plentiful. The owner/manager was very nice and offered recommendations for nearby restaurants. We were within walking distance to the forest park. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend the hotel to others traveling to this area.

The room was a little small for the amount of luggage we had (4 suitcases and 2 large backpacks), but would be fine with less luggage. Even still, we were able to fit everything in the room and managed fine.

parking may need to be improved. the angle of parking driveway to the road is big, may damage the bumper or chassis of the vehicles. the front road is a slope, which is hard for back-in. also, the alarm of the cars may bother people's sleep.

Modern, new and very clean hotel. Great hosts. The entire family was so kind to us, driving us to the bus station in their own car and helping with every thing we asked. The hotel is loaded with technology and comes with complimentary snacks and drinks. Short walk to the Nature reserve.

Very impressive variety of breakfast foods ranging from traditional Taiwanese to western. Tea grown by owner also very tasty we ended up buying tea bsgs and loose leaf The room was very clean and comfortable with free water and snacks and instant noodle. It was also very quiet so we got a good nights sleep The owner also gave us good recommendations as to what to do
