Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesYou need to be extra careful when getting into and out of the bathtub due to the high step required. They could provide steps and grab bars. This would be a problem for those with arthritis and those with disability.
The staff was very helpful, the hotel rooms had no carpets (ideal for those with allergies), the rooms were well maintained and cleaned regularly, and the location was near the main station. As expected, the rooms were small but ideal for two people. The soundproofing between rooms was wanting, but based on the location, you could not hear the vehicles in the street. Loved the way they compensated for the lack of closets by having a lot of hooks for clothes.

Hong KongThe bathtub is a bit tricky and you have to be very careful when coming out. The hotel is located on the first 3 floors of a residential building and you have to share the lifts with other residents.
The location is perfect, just about 2 mins walk from Y21 exit of 台北地下街,and within walking distance to 大稻埕 where you can find a lot of coffee shops etc. 李記豆漿is just around the corner. The room is clean.
