Check in was very smooth, the exterior of the hotel is rather tired and dated but the interior is pretty and aesthetically decorated. Front desk were polite and efficient, hotel is a little confusing as there is another block so there was someone who escorted us to the lift, which was very thoughtful of them. Of course, the staff were so meticulous attentive and surprised me with a birthday cake at my check out, I was not expecting them to know but this gesture totally warms the cockles of my heart.

the 'lounge' area

Superb location, breakfast room. The little 'lounge' between the two rooms is not inciting and certainly not comfortable but the bedrooms are increadibly comfortable

Access to rooms is a little complicated. The hotel shares its building with several other businesses, and getting to the right elevator and having it arrive takes a little while.

Superb value; on-site, high-quality massage service; and good location near the city center.

It is a great hotel, room is spacious and clean, excellent service and hospitality, well stock mini bar. Stay here for 3 days, the room was very humid ( feel the bedsheet slightly wet) and one elevator out of service for 2 days. However, the tasty breakfast make up for it. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visit Taichung.

Staff were attentive and spoke great English. Modern hotel, nice rooms. Lovely drinks and snacks in the room; refreshed daily. Had a good cot and baby bath for our baby. They were very warm towards her.

While the room was generally tidy, cleaning wasn’t done at its best. There was a remaining tube of toothpaste left behind by previous guest during our check-in (hotel apologised for this), and the cups were dusty.

The room was really spacious and had good amenities provided — including complimentary snacks and drinks. The service staff were helpful and it’s overall a comfortable stay.

This property is amazing. The hotel is part of a commercial building and uses two of the upper floors. There is no view from your room but we were only in it to sleep. It’s close to attractions and within walking distance of several restaurants All the staff are really friendly and helpful and English is spoken

Jam quality could be better, Nutella and baguette would be nice if added to the assortment. No facial products.

Modern room, free movies (watched Dube 2 and Barbie), minibar/snacks included, breakfast (with croissants and real butter, that made me very happy), 2 kinds of pillows, soft mattress. Good WiFi.

I didn’t expect it is a commercial building, hotel only 2 floors. room a bit small, and a small window not really bring light in, but for a night and only with a small child nothing to complain.

staffs are friendly and helpful, provide snacks and coffee/tea in the room. Surprisingly I liked their breakfast with southeast Asian food.
