Pillow was quite flat. Not the hotel's fault but the distant between the dinning area and front lobby was short but very steep. It was very challenging for my 85 yrs old mother to walk. The room door was a bit challenging to close and open. No view from our room.

The room was spacious and the toilet is humongous! We have never stayed in a hotel room with such big "toilet". Staff was friendly. Breakfast spread was good and delicious. The hotel provided some free snacks, chocolate and drinks in the room which was very much appreciated.

The trail to the hotel was a bit narrow and could be difficult if a lot of cars are getting in and out of the area.

The staff are very nice. Services are great. Dinner are very nice and delicious. Location is ok and could be reached through narrow trail where a lot of other hotels share. Overall experience was nice.

The staff were super warm and friendly. View was exceptional. Christmas party was filled with fun and laughter. Best place to spend Christmas, I'll definitely be back!!

The bed is comfortable, but it’s a bit strange that the bedsheet doesn’t cover the full bed / not get tucked under the bed.

Beautiful view, massive bathtub and helpful staff. The breakfast and dinner were really good and has good diversity.

There are no lifts. Need to climb up and down the stairs. But our luggage was carried up and down by the staff which made up for the inconvenience.

Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the deco and the rustic feeling. Snacks and sleepers were provided. Would have liked to stay on another day. Enjoyed the mountain view from our room.

The washroom and bathroom have a open top designed, which meant that there two room could not be a private place. There are space on the top of the door could make the air flow-in-and-out. I wish the washroom and bathroom could be much privately for the users.

I think the design of the villa is quite outstanding and relax. The decorations inside and outside are full of European style, and the scenery of chi Jin is worth to come again. The room I reserved was really clean and the view was really great! The dinner and break first week awesome as well.

Nothing about the room, Price slightly expensive though. Needed to wear mask at the breakfast area.

Love that the room could be heated up so we could enjoy walking around the room without a jacket, the toilet bowl was heated and would open whenever we walked past, it was novelty. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming especially at the front desk! :)

Will be better if they have hooks or racks to hang/ place clothes. Inconvenient if you do not drive here. No taxi and the staff couldn’t get you taxi also. We had to walk everywhere.

Huge Scandinavian feel which we like, lots of power sockets, everything in the fridge and snacks on the table are free. They even give you a box of their Cona’s chocolate. Attentive staff at the restaurant. Helpful staff at Cona’s chocolate who warmly show us nice spots around the property.

I had hoped that there would be better possibilities for trekking/hiking. But to do that you really needed a car. I was not that happy with the food.

Cleaning time occurs early in the morning, which could be extremely loud and disturbing your sleep. The door slam left a shaking wall effect that woke me up in the morning. Wall not soundproof and loud talking could be very disturbing.

It's over priced for the family room we booked. The dinner was overcharged for the type of buffet offered there.

The food is decent but the dining area wasn't greatly layout or designed. People were talking kind of loud. Other than that, it's good.

the stairs and slopes are tedious for family with young kids,baby and old folks. esp on rainy days. it didn’t have lunch option

The property is beautiful except for few internal repairs needed like the toilet door handle and the towel hanger should have baby cot for the families. The staff are very kind and helpful.
