Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeWe been bite by insect during the night. If they have restaurant there that will be best, earier for us to have dinner there. If they can serve different kind of breakfast each day will be good.
We have congee with freshly prepare side dish, bread are provided too. For drinks, they provide coffee, milk tea, soya milk and orange juice too. They servce hearty breakfast. We love the view there. Love the view very beautiful landscape, very relax, very peaceful place. The room are spacious and comfy.

SingaporeWeak Wi-Fi at the room. However, the Wi-Fi at the main reception area is good. The bathroom gets wet when bathing due the design of the shower/bathroom. Breakfast has no variety; It is the same for 3 days.
Scenic view from a good vintage point as the B&B is on a high ground without obstructions. The staff is friendly and attended to our needs readily. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. Heated blanket is a plus in autumn weather. The staff recommended restaurants which provide 2-way transportation.

SingaporeThe wooden structure made the place less soundproof. It wasn't terrible during my stay because the place was mostly occupied by my family, but even so it was possible to hear the rooms next door/upstairs. If you're a light sleeper, may want to consider some ear plugs.
The place was like an unexpected cabin in the mountain top. It was comfortable, and the lady boss was real friendly and hospitable! She made the overall stay most welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed the location that was also conveniently located good food places (ask lady boss for recommendations - no regrets). Would go back again! (Bonus for animal lovers: cute wild hares hopping around add vibes to the whole place)

SingaporeThe whole toilet gets wet when one bathes as there is no curb or shower curtains in the bath area. They do not offer dinner options but linked with two restaurants who will provide transport to pick and drop guests. They serve only one type of breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights eating the same breakfast for 3 days. We did not drive so had to walk down the steep slope from the hotel to the road level and coming back …walk up the steep slope. Room wifi is not strong, good wifi is available at the reception area.
The property has good views. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are good sized on third and second level. We were allocated the third level but friend had a problem with stairs so was reallocated to second floor which also happen to have renovated toilets. The staff helped us with our luggages. There are a few wild rabbits on the property.
