The bed was really hard

It’s a good budget accommodation. Location close to public transport. The staff is very friendly, even though they did not speak English they used a translation app and it worked fine.

I arrived on my booking date but the staff wrote on the application saying I didn't come, at night the staff called me asking why you didn't come? even though I arrived at 2 pm and was already in the room, it was very unprofessional

The first night was a okay but the 2nd night was a little bit noisy. I mean the transients staying next to my room are shouting and laughing out loud.

I was a solo female traveler. The place was quite spacious and big. The staffs are very nice and accommodating. Their room has refrigerator which is great if you're going to stay for few more days.

Given the place and price, nothing to complain.

It’s 5-min walk to MRT Dingxi, the walkway also okay and safe. Family Mart is just downstairs. The staff is very helpful, dont worry if you cant speak mandarin, they will try to understand you using google translate. Need to pay at the place, we pay by cash, not sure if can pay using other method. Price is same with the one in booking.com. Some people say got cockroach, but our experience is nice, no cockroach. You may ask from receptionist to clean your room daily, it’s free of charge. Probably empty trash bin causing no cockroach to come. Also, the TV channel is quite nice, can watch at night before sleep. Toilet is quite spacious and clean. Water pressure is good and just nice. They provide toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, comb, hairdryer, water heater, but no iron.

Noisy guests. Probably can't control since it was children in the morning.

I like having a desk in my room so I can work. A closet with hangers is nice too. The room isn't fancy, but simple and clean. I didn't have breakfast and I wasn't interested. My diet is particular so I prefer not to have... but I don't remember it being offered.

Where do I start. I guess with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that hits you as soon as you step out of the elevator. The room wasn't much better in terms of smells and cleanliness. Holes in the towels, multiple long black hairs in the bed neither of which were from us. Leaking toilet onto the bathroom floor and the ceiling extractor also leaked black stuff into the bath. The smell of cigarette smoke in the room meant we checked out as soon as we woke up, bought face masks to sleep in and stuffed all of our stuff into a cupboard in the desperate attempt not to leave smelling. Overall, the most expensive place we stayed during our 7 nights in Taiwan and the most disappointing. We were reluctant to stay and only did due to the fact it was late and there was nowhere else available.

Unfortunately, there were a few absolute nogos. - when I arrived there was a cockroach in my bed - it smelled like cigarettes and cologne - it's quite dirty, with the hair of other people on the floor and tables, used towels (only the one on the floor but still) - you hear everything that is going on even on the other side of the building, as some people come here for intercourse I could hear her scream 棒我 for an extended period of time which was quite not what I liked

Poor hygiene condition. The room has a lot of cockroaches and the condition wasn't improved after telling the staff.
