No chair in the room. Seating position gave you poor posture. The suspended light was positioned to low. Too much glare. Tried unscrewing the bulb to turn it off but that activivated a white flashing light in the ceiling. I spent 5 nights there. I am an early riser. There was no hot water at 6am imon sll five mornings. This is not good enough and is a common problems with some accommodation.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. They were such a credit to the Inn.

Location Location Location, that is the USP of this hotel. It is right at the MRT in Tansui and this is the most central location to explore the Tansui area and nearby Beitou and other areas. We took the sea view rooms which were very smart but disappointingly small. Make sure you keep the aircon circulation at full blast even if it means wearing extra clothing layers, as the circulation and ventilation is a bit suspect. The view was also disappointing, as there is an obstruction to the view from the 7th floor on which the hotel is located. The hotel is on the 7th floor of a mall which has excellent food options. We ate at the excellent Thai and Chinese restaurants in the mall and would also recommend the Vietnamese Pho restaurant next to Starbucks across the road. If location is important to you look no further. However size of the room and view leave a lot to be desired.

A bit tight for family but manageable.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, convenience, price. Hot water bottle and mini fridge in room. Coffee packs, tea, water. GREAT water pressure. Minutes from Tamsui Station and Old Street. Restaurants and shopping right in the building.

Great view! Fast internet speed as well. The room was clean and spacious. Just 1-2 mins walk from the Tamsui main station and the Old Street and warf attractions that is very lively at night.

Location just opposite Tam shui station ( Uniclo building) . Hotel at level 7 and restaurant are Level 8 ,9, 10 We book room with river view, if posdible try to get room no 702---705 Complementary amentary are provided Luckily we got one of the staff help us with the self checking

Room is small. Not much space for our luggage. Hotel is inside a department store building with many restaurants, so the elevator wait time could be super long.

Location is excellent and convenient. Just across from MRT station and close to shopping and restaurants. Self check-in/out kiosk is convenient.

Only downside is you can’t check in early even pay because there is no one there before the check in time 3:00pm. After a long airport traveling, my 8 years old son really need rest however we had to wait until 3:00pm.

The rooms were clean and user-friendly, and the staff service was excellent - attentive and friendly. Although prior notification emails from the hotel stated that arrival registration was to be done at the self-help kiosks, one staff was stationed there to provide guest services and attend to customers' requests.

Located on the 7th floor of a shopping mall (City Plaza), the hotel is accessible by elevator (though only 1 is available after operation hours). Checking in/out was a breeze. Tamsui MRT Station is right across the street and you can take a bus to the Fisherman's Wharf (about 25+ minutes away). There is a 7-Eleven nearby and several food options all within walking distance (24-hour McDonald, MOS Burger, Yoshinoya, Pizza Hut). Rooms are kinda small but perfect for a solo traveler like myself.

The hotel is located within a shopping centre. During the shopping mall opening hours, it took quite a while to get into the lift to get to the hotel floor. Hotel doesn't provide breakfast. Limited outlets which serve breakfast/ meals onsite

Centrally located near the Tamsui MRT station and just across from the entrance to Tamsui Old Street. If u are up to walking mid to long distances, lots to explore for a couple of days, with Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf a 15 mins plus ferry ride away. I took a room with river view and the view was great. Easy check in n out.

Confusing to locate the hotel entrance or lobby and realized it was just 1 level on the 7th floor and self-check in kiosk would require some dabbling. But phoning in a staff for help is easy and they are quick to respond.

Was slightly confusing how to get to the hotel but we figured out it is on the 7th floor of a shopping mall named "City Plaza" and the rest of the floors were either the departmental stores or restaurants. Very convenient. The view from our room is superb! The sunset was amazing! Food choices aplenty and there is even an Arcade centre on the 4th floor to entertain us. Love the whole vibe of this hotel although waiting for the lift during peak period may be a little of a hassle but not a deal breaker. There is a 7/11 next to the mall/hotel and the Tamsui Train station is just opposite and the old street and night market is a stone's throw away. All in all a very enjoyable stay, hotel is clean and fuss free. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Taipei once more.
