United KingdomIt is a noisy location which cannot be helped - as it is in the centre of Ximen (which is what I wanted). But with ear plugs it is not noticeable. The shower was a bit annoying as it didn’t fit in the holder properly and the bathroom is a wet room so whole floor gets wet. However, I will stay again regardless.
It was my second time staying here and I will probably stay here again when I visit Taipei. It is an easy day and the location is perfect. It a basic hotel but that’s what I expect from price range, that being said, it has everything you need. The coffee machine is a nice touch. Hair dryer in each room and iron available on request. Also a cute cat also stays here.

Location was good, next to ximending street! Food and convenience store was just next to the hotel so it was very convenient! Room was comfy for 2 pax, and generally quite clean! Staff were also very friendly & they offer housekeeping everyday!

PhilippinesI really liked the great shower with strong water pressure; it was so refreshing. The daily room service, changing towels, and drying the bathroom floor, was a nice touch. Having bottled water refilled daily and a small fridge in the room was convenient. Also, the friendly daytime receptionist made the hotel atmosphere even better.
The stairs to the entrance can be a hassle, especially after a day of walking. It's disappointing to arrive and still have to climb stairs before using the elevator to reach the third floor.

Location was extremely good! Cant get much better location for the value. Staff was extremely nice and helpful even when I locked my key card in the room. Water available in the lobby. Family mart downstairs open 24/7 and a good place to get/load metro card and also some breakfast items.

SingaporeThe lift to hotel is at level 2, so those with heavy luggage need to lug them up 1 flight of stairs. During my stay, I did see a small cockroach under the desk. Overall, cleanliness was great.
The bed was nice, toilet was clean with good shower. Best thing from the hotel is their super friendly staff that made me felt at home. :)
