Very comfortable rooms. Being able to try on a kimono was a really nice touch. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately, the staff don’t speak English, so we thought dinner was at a different time and didn’t get to try it.

We liked almost everything about this accommodation, from room sleek design (Jap inspired tatami), location - within 5 mins of walk from train station, supper & breakfast options were great & tasty, zero noise from the busy street downstairs. Friendly & Helpful Staff - helped us to connect with restaurant & make good recommendations.

The breakfast is not worth the price of the room, very cheap quality food and coffee, although the staff service is excellent. The staff is great, quick to respond to enquiry and sorted out the noice issue promptly. The room is very clean.

The room is small with no comfortable chair or desk. The breakfast is not worth the price, and the massage is also expensive given the simple massage room (only divided by curtains).

We booked 3 rooms here and everyone loved it. The rooms were clean as were the hot spring tubs. Everything was simple, modern and comfortable. Bathroom had a bidet, shower was next to the hot spring tub not in it which was a good idea so you can use both at the same time. They offer a night time snack (tea eggs, congee, sweet tofu dessert soup, sweet potato). They also offer yukatas for you to borrow and take pictures in which I didn’t have time to do but very cool. For our room we had 2 adults 1 kid and they provided an extra blanket for the kid which was very thoughtful. We all fit on the bed easily and slept well. Breakfast was huge portions and gave 2 options for us to pick from.

No major complaints. Our hot spring tub was actually very slow so we didn’t get full use of it. However we only stayed one night. The other 2 rooms we booked had no issues with the tub.

Looks great, Japanese vibe, the hotspring in the room was nice. The bed was cool lots of space, locations was good and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The blinds for the window let in too much light in the morning, which woke me up earlier then I wanted. No water bottles in the room.

Facilities were good and room is comfortable. Only problem was with the carpark. It wasn’t connected to the hotel and you have to drag your luggage down the slope where the cars are coming in. There is no drop off point for us to unload as well. Other than that everything’s good and a simple supper is provided.

The ambient vibe of the hotel makes you relaxed. Room furniture is in good design.The night snack is perfect and great in detail.

The elevator is a bit too small.
