We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was readily and cleanly available. Ticked off everything required in a hotel. Staff even prepared us new years snacks while we were out watching thr new years fireworks! That was extremely sweet of them. I loved how there were juices, teas and snacks available too. They also tidy the room very clean!

JapanThere were sewer smells from the bathroom that were very strong. We only got 1 keycard for a 4 person family, but needed more keys because all the power went off when someone left the room (and you needed a key card to get into the hotel).
The quadruple family room was very spacious. It was located close to many restaurants. The staff was friendly. They offered breakfast, but we had to leave early for a flight so didn't get to try it.

Lodging choices were tight for the days leading up to New Year's Day, so we were pleasantly surprised by the ARK hotel. Easy check-in, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean, good hot water for shower. No breakfast provided, but lots of free snacks, juice and water dispenser (hot, warm, cold). Large common area with tables and chairs.
