The bed duvet was a but smaller than the bed but honestly, it was fine.

Everything was readily and cleanly available. Ticked off everything required in a hotel. Staff even prepared us new years snacks while we were out watching thr new years fireworks! That was extremely sweet of them. I loved how there were juices, teas and snacks available too. They also tidy the room very clean!

It’s right between 2 MRT stations so you got to walk a bit to get to the station

The house keeping is so cheap. They don’t provide enough toilet paper to guest. The roll of toilet papers is too small and it ran out quickly. I have to get additional from front desk. Rey annoying!

Good location and have more privacy as they have key card entry unlike horizon hotel which shared the same building as ark but more pricey

They could use commercial washer/ dryers. But that's just me The machines are for residential use, not an entire hotel.

Breakfast was optional, so I did not choose it from the website For most people, the beds would be very good. I'm the kind of person that would sleep on the floor.( straighten my back) so I need a very firm mattress. I gave the highest rating because the beds are adequate for most people..

There were sewer smells from the bathroom that were very strong. We only got 1 keycard for a 4 person family, but needed more keys because all the power went off when someone left the room (and you needed a key card to get into the hotel).

The quadruple family room was very spacious. It was located close to many restaurants. The staff was friendly. They offered breakfast, but we had to leave early for a flight so didn't get to try it.

This is a great place for a 1-2 night stay or if you're a solo traveler. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed/pillows, free Wi-Fi and breakfast, and they stored our luggage at check out. Couldn't have asked them for more. Thank you!

The location isn't super close to the metro. It takes a bit of walk to get there if traveling by metro, which is just a slight inconvenience.

Neat, good services, free washing and drying (laundry detergent can be purchased at the counter), lots of takeaways and restaurants nearby.

The room was small.

Lodging choices were tight for the days leading up to New Year's Day, so we were pleasantly surprised by the ARK hotel. Easy check-in, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean, good hot water for shower. No breakfast provided, but lots of free snacks, juice and water dispenser (hot, warm, cold). Large common area with tables and chairs.

The matress is quite soft but acceptable. The room is small and has no window, but I guess I get what I pay for.
