The ocean views were amazing! The rooms and lobby were exactly like the pictures. The breakfast buffet was delicious with something for everyone. All the employees were kind and helpful. We greatly appreciated the free shuttles to and from both the train station and amusement park (see time schedule posted on their website). My daughter enjoyed the indoor pools and game room. We look forward to our next stay!

the management was there waiting for us when we arrived, was very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay very pleasant: they took us to our room, they welcomed us in the dining room with a warm welcome speech, the food was delicious specially the duck was amazing, there was a soprano singer of very high level which gave a wonderful atmosphere during dinner, there was also a scientist on the roof top to give explanation about the stars and the telescope,... I think I can say we have never been welcomed so warmly in a hotel

The outside pool plus bar wasn't open end of April (30 degrees outside): still "winter", we were told. The only other bar was a dark sports bar with tv's blasting all day. So, there was no place to have a quiet drink and enjoy the views. No outdoor furniture on the balconies of the rooms either. For dinner, you either opt for the in-house Japanese restaurant or the buffet style restaurant for which one must make a reservation. It would be great if one could also make a reservation for the buffet style breakfast as the lines are very long.

The Farglory is an Asian 5 star hotel that caters to families visiting the theme park down the road. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is friendly.

The outdoor pool was close :(

Everything was super nice, from the welcoming staff who were very polite and professional, the room was ultra clean with brand news equipments. We would recommend the food as well with the very generous diner buffet offering a lot of choices and a good quality. The view from the hotel is stunning, there is a nice free spa, we spend 24h in a dream place ! Everything is exactly as shown on the website photos ! We will definitely come back !

There is a lot of rules for the kids, if they are playing in the room, they cant put the toys on the floor, they cant do anything as staff are watching over and telling off all the time. Besides the cap for swimming it is not necessary, dont hold any hair if that is what make you guys worried.

It would be great if there is always at least 1 restaurant open throughout the day time. The pool bar should open earlier too. I would have spent a lot more money on food & beverage but I didn’t have the option.

Many rules to follow: like swimming pool Must wear a swim hat to enter. Must wear socks to the play area, must book for ping pong, switch, must only play the equipments on certain time, need to wait an hour for the food, must book one day in advance for the shuttles, must make reservation for restaurant(s) even it is emptied, must put shoes in certain areas for the rec room, need to enter outside to get to the recreation rooms, the bathroom has everything but the counter is small, tub is narrow and the entrance is tight. Need to pay $1500 extra per child over 6 years old.
