mold, mold, mold due to poor cleaning. had water coming out from underneath the tiles when stepping on it. cleaning standards are not matching the general impression of the hotel.

No international socket in the room. You could purchase an adapter from the front desk. Forgot the price. Towels were not really clean. Saw a stain in the first one that I was looking. Hardly used it again. I had mixed feelings about the location. It was walkable distance from many places. About 20 to 30mins. However, the streets were a bit dark in the night (after 10pm) because most shops were closed.

Modern looking room. Nice sofa at lobby. Hotel staff service were average in general. However, there was a curly hair guy called Vincent. I met him twice during my stay in the mornings. Gave me valuable information. Excellent service. Boss should give him a pay raise! Nearby, there was a Japanese restaurant (信兵衛手作丼飯壽司) with more than 40k reviews. Try if you want.

The shower was very very small and tight, difficult to move freely, wifi not working, only when you’re near the exit door, perhaps due to the building construction

Even on the 9th floor you can hear the traffic from the ground

However, the sound proof is the worst thing. I can hear the noise from vehicles every morning, barely can sleep.

The room is extremely tiny for 4 persons. Barely had any room to move around except staying in the beds. No window in the room and can hear the next door neighbours talking especially late at night.

Reasonably comfy room and the mattress is bigger than usual. Ceiling height is high, which is good for top bunk guests, at least it doesn't feel claustrophobic. Has a common kitchen and laundry area with washer and dryer (can use at a small cost). Has a private toilet, at least we don't need to share it with other strangers. Very strategic location, near to lots of sightseeing places and also restaurants.

Insufficient parking space. Order one queen bed room, but they use 2 single bed to combine into 1 bed. Not good for sleeping. One of us got low back pain.

Maybe the location, it's a difficult city to decide which location to stay in, but it was not bad at all! If I had to say something maybe this would be it.

Bed and pillows were hard. From 1 to 10, 10 being the hardest it would be around 8. All front desk personnel should learn to atleast understand and speak english. Called around 7 in the morning for an inquiry and had to speak to a personnel who couldn't speak alittle english. Shower hose shots water pass our head. Not that we lack height (5'5''). Worst is one is that we hear people talking pass out walls. Google Translate can even translate what they were saying because we could hear them clearly.

We loved the breakfast. Everything was well cooked. Strong coffee though still loved it. We also like our room's marble walls. Strong aircondition. We also love the couch that you setup in the room, quite comfy.
