Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

When i arrived staff were really attentive and provided great service. One particular gentleman (glasses and curly hair) staff at breakfast who stood out to me as hard working- empty plates etc were cleared at once again its the standards of individual customers. My room was spacious and the bed was really comfy not too soft, preference of if you like hard or soft mattress. I asked for a bath and shower room and didn’t realise it came with steam sauna shower..amazing!! Down at reception in the living area there were two massage chairs, a foot massager and a blood pressure monitor, never seen this before and it’s a super thoughtful idea. I used this everyday after a arduous walking day 😁 The other side of reception with plenty comfy sofas, seats, tables for chilling out, also a handy microwave if you need to heat up food and a tea/coffee machine! Refillable water dispenser! Breakfast was great, same with a few different selections everyday. Loved all of it especially the scrambled eggs!! The staff were happy to keep luggage for you after you checked out and i took 5 hours shopping before my night flight!

United StatesThey provided us with a comforter that gets too warm in the summer. Would have been nice if they had a sheet available in the room.
Great location, close to the MRT. Nearby restaurants, the room was nice and clean.

TaiwanBrilliant deal considering the price, location, facilities and breakfast offerings. Among all, I like how spacious it was the most. There was a fairly large desk in the room which allowed me to work without feeling constrained. Overall a pleasant stay, will recommend.

ChinaBreakfast has several options if you prefer a more Asian style. For western/european style, it would be good if the fruit or bread variety could be higher, just to give some examples.
The location is very close to the metro entrance. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, clean and staff at the hotel is very kind.

MalaysiaOnly 2 suggestions, A purified water dispenser with hot and cold water . This is quite common in most hotels in Asia now. There is no mirror outside of the bathroom, only a small one at the coffee corner which is not meant for used as a mirror.
The hotel is near to Mrt station, less than than 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast buffet has a good spread of eastern and western food .

MalaysiaWe can't eat in the common area provided even though there is coffee machine there, unlike other hotels we stayed in Taipei before, they should consider allowing it since the hotel rooms are generally small, we are big group, after a day of sightseeing, shopping etc, the common area is the best place for us to chill, relax and chit chat.
Location is strategic, near to MRT Songjiang Nanjing station, breakfast spread is adequate, they will try to change it a bit everyday on the variety. Coffee machine and massage chair in the lobby is a bonus after a long walk in Taipei city.

Hong KongThere was a musty smell in our room which went away the second day though not sure if we just got used to it. There were cracks on the tiles in the bathroom. There's no conditioner or body lotion provided, so bring your own.
Convenient location as it was close to the MRT. Room that we got is huge. Staff was nice and helpful.

United StatesTo be environment friendly, the hotel turns off the AC compressors during winter. While I appreciate the eco friendliness, it certainly makes the stay slightly uncomfortable as it gets pretty warm in the room and the only ventilation is through fan and windows, which could bring in mosquitoes and other bugs.
Breakfast was pretty well rounded. It caters to Eastern and Western guests. Room and bathroom are spacious with decent lighting. Staff was friendly and helpful.
