The location was very good, between 2 shopping malls and has direct buses to the Pingtung bus and train station. The view of the park opposite..

Hotel is dated. The room is very old and it has a stale smell. The pillow was too high and hard, so I could not sleep well at all. The TV was not working. There were no tea bags to make hot tea at breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very good for my purpose.

My main problem with the hotel lies with its poor customer service. It was simply unprofessional. I made the booking online, via Booking.com, on 3 May 2025, for my elder brother and sister-in-law. A few days before they came, I dropped by the hotel to ensure that the room was booked, and the staff member said she could not find my booking. I gave her my Resident Card, which bears my Chinese name and English name, and she insisted that there was no booking in my name. I was led to book another room, a more expensive one, thinking that my original booking was not valid (and I definitely did not want my brother and sister-in-law to get stranded on the day they arrived in Pingtung). Subsequently, on 22 May, I found that I was charged by the hotel for "no show". I went to the hotel to ask about the issue, and was met with indifference. The two staff members ultimately said they would investigate the matter and asked me to leave my phone number. It took them more than a week to get back to me to say they could not deal with it unless Booking.com contacted them. I wrote to Booking.com again to seek help from them. My issue is with the irresponsible and unsympathetic attitude of the hotel staff. I do not believe that the lady who looked for my original booking took it seriously, as both my Chinese name and English name are on my Resident Card. And the slow, indifferent attitude of the hotel staff I contacted subsequently was far from satisfactory in the context of hospitality industry in the year 2025. They were just doing their best to refuse to admit any mistakes on their part. I sincerely hope that the hotel will seriously reconsider the whole issue of customer service. The hotel staff proved disappointingly aloof and incapable of appeasing customers with a case for grievance. Perhaps the hotel needs to spend more resources on professional training.

It was fine, good location, nice staff.

The bed was very hard.

Breakfast was good, the cook try to change it up daily, Location also good.

Room are a bit small . The staff are only ok, feels like robot a bit . Maybe they just need more training . No parking

Could not have breakfast as it started at 7am but I needed to leave each day at 6:30am.

Rooms could do with a freshen up. All a bit tired and worn.

1-The rooms are small but not that small, for one or two nights are ok. 2-The bed is really comfortable and clean. 3-The breakfast was really good, they had so many options that I didn’t expect. 4-the personal attitude was always good

1- The tub is a bit old, it also had a very obvious repair from previous damage, but it still worked very well. 2-The hallway on the 3rd floor has a very unpleasant smell of cigarettes, fortunately inside the room it is imperceptible. 3-The soundproofing doesn’t exist, you can hear everything that happens outside even with the door closed.

Good place to stay. Right beside a bus stop. Lovely breakfast provided. The staff are able to communicate in English.

Cleanliness and the included breakfast was amazing!
