Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyThe only thing, to be picky, is perhaps the frequency of cleaning the room.
The courtesy of the staff, the abundant breakfast, the very large room and the services offered

United KingdomThis is our second stay at the hotel, mainly because of its convenient location. The breakfast offers a great selection, and we enjoy the hot spring. The activities for kids are also excellent. Not to mention that staff is very helpful.

United StatesSmells in basement.
Good location on the beach and close to train station. Lots of facilities and resort vibe for the family— we were there in the rain but still a lot to do indoors. The hot springs indoors were excellent with a large pool for swimming as well. Direct views of the ocean and nice room.

United StatesI paid for breakfast to be included on my stay. This was the most disappointing aspect of my stay. The quality of food was poor - many of the hot items (fries, hashbrowns, eggs etc) were cold and there was a very poor selection of tea and coffee. I seem to remember having a similar complaint the last time I stayed here.
This is a large and comfortable hotel in an excellent location right next to the beach in Fulong. It is also within walking distance of the train station so its very easy and convienent to get to. The room was large and comfortable and also quiet, so I got excellent sleep while I stayed there.

NetherlandsLarge Japanse style room. Clean and a great view of the sea. We had dinner on site and it was really nice (buffet). There was a large play floor for the kids which was an unsuspected bonus (for little kids but there were also Nintendo consoles).

FranceStaff is not very comfy with English. Usually one person per shift, at the entrance, is fluent in English. The naked sauna may also be surprising to some.
Amenities are nice and my room was huge, more than needed. The cleanliness is very appreciable, despite you can feel the weather having its toll on the building at some places. The sand beach is few meters away and should be enjoyable when the weather allows.

TaiwanThe elevator area 1 (on the lobby floor and the third floor) often had a disgusting garbage smell. Before new guests arrival the glass walls of bathroom must be cleaned to avoid stains from the visits of previous guests.
Location is fine. We really enjoyed the breakfast, as well as the friendliness of the staff.

United Statesits a little expensive for a mid week visit. Also there are few western food choices.
This is a very spacious and well situated hotel - just next to the beautiful Fulong Beach. The view of the ocean and surroundings from the hotel is magnificent and there are lots of amenities and things to do and see nearby.

Children Themed rooms HAVE NO WINDOWS!!! It’s like staying in a dungeon nightmare with cheap children’s decoration. Staff are poorly trained on customer service and on their own brand. On top do that, they are unfriendly and don’t really care about what the customer needs or thinks. Over priced for the rooms and poorly cleaned. After arriving at the Themed rooms, we immediately wanted to change. But of course it’s going to hard to convince the kids because they don’t understand the suffocating aspect of not having any windows or natural light. We asked to change room, front desk were rude and indifferent to our complaint, one even saying “they have lots of bookings in these types of rooms”, well yes, poor parents would book these rooms and then it would be very hard to change the minds of children once they’ve seen them. My own kids had a melt down, but we managed to get them to accept the change of room. Most parents would just accept and stay in the rooms. So in a ways, it taking advantage naivety of children. I also asked the front desk about Fulton Hotel in Tamsui in Taipei. Fearing it would be a similar standard. He basically said they have nothing to do with them and knows nothing. Wow. What a response. I am now in your other Fulton Tamsui. And I can assure you, you are not equal in customer service. A thousand miles away. I will visit Fulong By again, but would never set foot in your hotel.
