It’s a very modern and clean hotel with huge rooms and also full of life :)! Situated in a very quiet area of Kaohsiung and it’s exactly next to the metro station! Highly recommend!

The hotel is very centrally located in the city, and thankfully in a quiet spot. The staff was very attentive and friendly during our stay, and they were very helpful when a typhoon passed through. Our room was lovely: very spacious, clean, and with comfortable beds. The breakfast was tasteful and very extensive. The sports facilities were a plus.

The location and the size of the room. It’s just next to a MRT station and that is so close to the popular market. Staff is friendly and you also can get free parking hotel.. highly recommended

I prefer top locations though this wasn’t bad. They only had maps in Chinese, though the desk reception did manage to print out a few places around the hotel in English.

Lovely big modern room. Very nice coffee that they topped up daily ( you need to buy your own milk). Very close to a metro. Close to one of the night markets.

Good central location to explore the city. The hotel room is spacious and very new. Front desk staff was very considerate to allow early check in when she saw my young child. We had wonderful rest there.

Nothing. The only thing, which is a tiny criticism, the hotel lacked personality. It was a little bit bland.

The room was spacious and modern, we would definitely stay again. Quite central but without being exposed to noise areas, so it was quiet and enjoyable. The bed was really comfortable.

The two washing machines and dryers in the laundry room are very useful, but during busy periods (8pm-10pm), a few more units might improve the guest experience.

Our family spent two wonderful nights in the hotel's theme suite! Beyond the exceptionally friendly staff and convenient free parking, we were delighted by the property's stylish IKEA-inspired design. The modern furnishings and creative ocean-themed decor absolutely captivated our children - every detail enhanced our stay.

Had a huge room to myself. Plenty of couches, kitchen area with kettle and sink, nice bathroom. Hotel facilities overall could be improved eg all other hotels I visited in Taiwan had complementary laundry machines but this one cost 50NTD each for the washing machine and dryer. Rooms were also not too soundproof especially near the door, and lifts were often busy so you had to wait a few minutes as there are only 2 lifts to cover 16 floors. Location was pretty good, easy to bike around or take the subway from Cianjin which is around the corner.
