When the first time, I was having trouble to find the front door and the service desk. You have to knock the door right next to check in machine.

The hotel wasn’t very soundproof, the room next to mine was very loud quite late into the night, because the staff weren’t in the same building I had to call the desk to let them know, but the staff came and dealt with the problem quickly. The room itself was also a little dirty, the windows were very dirty and there were some squished bugs on the walls. The bed was clean, though.

The facilities of the room were good, there was a large TV, desk and big bed, and a private en suite bathroom with an electric toilet. The staff were very helpful when I had problems they dealt with it and helped me very quickly. The hotel doesn’t have much staff and guests are left to do most things themselves, like retrieve toiletries from the purchase points and check in/check out.

Basic setup - room with beds and bathroom. Automated machine to check in was slow when paying with cash.

Huge bed and TV for the room. Extra bed was perfect for our little one to stay by our side. The room just fit our two suitcases with the extra bed folded out. Cot was provided but not utilised in the end.

Too hard pillow, for those who like that - ok.

The TV size is amazing, very close to the bus stop, and easy to navigate around Taipei, the night market nearby. Supermarkets, bakery, 7/11, Starbucks, big shopping mall very close. Complementary small snacks are available in the seating area.

Small window, not viewable from bed or sitting on the armchair. No shelf. Unusable thick pillows. There is no counter! Self checkin only in chinese language and did not work for 3 credit cards.

First room absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. We were moved into a new room on the same floor which seemed better, but at night the disgusting smoke smell returned coming from the bathroom! Completely ruined our 2 night stay there. Also the second room had a loud water noise coming from the roof.

Wasn't a very comfortable stay to be honest. Tiny and narrow room without windows. Also the bed was a little too short for me (I'm 1.90). 7 days was way too long.

If really try to find something not perfect, for a few times, I could smell cigarette from bathroom, but not very often, and the smell only stayed in the bathroom, it was alright.

The staff were super helpful, I had to change to a bigger room for personal reasons, they did their best to help me out. The location is good, walkable distance to metro station. It’s very close to a laundry shop, which is good for people who stay for more days. The double room is nice! Also, very close to many shops, banks, restaurants, and a mall. Highly recommended.

The room was excellent: clean, bright, spacious, and with good wifi. The neighborhood has everything you need: department store, convenience stores, restaurants, a night market, and bus station. All within walking distance (less than 5 minutes to reach the destination).
