The rooms were exceptional, the most comfy bed and beautiful spa. I especially loved the public women’s baths in the hotel. It was an incredibly special cultural experience as well as very relaxing. The views are spectacular.

It appears I was charged for a couples stay even though I booked for one person. This meant I had double portions at each meal and no option to forego that for a refund. Didn’t really need the extra food and would have rathered to have the cash.

Lovely location, just a minute walk from the Old Street, and less than 5-minute walk from the Wulai Bus Terminal, which made travelling about so convenient, unless you’ve got the rain clouds trailing after you during your travels. Staff service was friendly and attentive. Breakfast + Dinner Half Board made it so much more convenient as we didn’t have to think about where to have these meals at.

The three sets of stairs up to our room made travelling with luggages a challenge. And our room was located on a different building from the main, making it tricky to get to the main building when it rains.

The food was excellent and location to the river and shops are awesome. Private room with the hot and cold baths were spot on.

The lights I thought were on the dim side and the place is accessible with elevators and or stairs. The rooms are in separate buildings from the main building with the front desk and dining area.

The private onsen was great. You could soak in hot spring water in your room while looking out at the stream. Very clean & comfortable. The hot pot was excellent. Convenient location—just off old street & a 4 minute walk to the bus stop/taxi stand

The whole place smells good. Location is perfect with the night market just outside the hotel. We like the onsen in the room.

Dinner was hotpot. It was shared between 2 persons which is sufficient. Breakfast was a choice between Chinese and western. Hearty western breakfast for us.

The hotel is in the “centre” of Wulai. The rooms and facilities are a bit dated, but well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For dinner, there are various options of hot pot. For breakfast, one can choose between a Chinese and Western breakfast.

The staff are very kind, bed was amazing, the spa area was to die for. Dinner included was hot pot ( very yummy!) And breakfast to choose from Chinese ( best one) to Western style. The room was everything we dreamed of , had a spa bath with hot spring water overlooking the mountains and river.

Nothing, but if you are picky the accommodation it's a bit dated. And rustic
