The shower and toilet are not separated but it is not a big problem as the area is quite big.

Nice common area where you can have a nice sea view. Staff was nice too with her cute dog at the lobby! It is quite close to the main street and night market. Tea from the common area tastes very nice hahaha

The staff were really wonderful, gave us recommendations for dinner and a laundry. And the 7th floor lounge was beautiful!

The only problem was bathroom. Shower is next to toilet without any curtain or something. So if you are taking shower everything is wet.

Common area was too hot when we went upstairs the air conditioner was not turned on. The floors were a little dusty though they did give you slippers to wear in the room

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious. the common area is useful (nice when air conditioned in the hot weather) and they serve delicious tea there. Very well located

It’s a small, cozy room in a nice homestay, with easy access via a provided code. I’d love to see this tiny space transformed into a bachelor or bachelorette retreat and rented out at a higher rate. It’s only a 5-minute walk to Taitung Beach Park, where you can find plenty of shops to rent electric bikes and explore the city. (I wish the landlord had mentioned this at check-in!) It’s great value for a short stay in a charming, small city like Taitung.

The room was not clean. The floor in the toilet had some hair from the last guests, and I'm not very sure the bed sheets were changed.

The lady in the reception was super super nice! Really enjoyed communicating with her, and the lobby on the 7th floor was very nice and good for chilling a bit. There is a micro, fridge, water and some teabags.

We didn't pay for a room with sea view, so our view was just the streets.

The airconditioner was not able to go under 24 degrees despite following the extra instructions peovided by the staff.

Bathroom a bit small, but the special tiled floor gets dried up quickly.

Location near the seaside park and the roof living room has a spectacular ocean view. Room clean and spacious. Beds comfy. Would be better if a bigger table and/or a lugguage rack be provided. Seveal breakfast choices nearby in a walking distance.

We did initially move rooms to a higher floor (from floor 2 to floor 5) because it meant we then had a better view out of the window. The windows on the lower floor are still a 'window' but look out onto other buildings. The staff were very kind in allowing us to change rooms as we were lucky they had space available.

Location was very good and within walking distance to plenty of shops and reasonably priced restaurants and the Railway Art Village (15 mins or so). Our favourite part of this place was the rooftop room, which I used for reading, relaxing and working. It was light and airy and provided a great alternative 'hang out' space other than our room. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The marketing pictures online are very clever as the room is exactly as stated however of course appear a little smaller in 'real life' - this isn't of course unique to this property as most do this but the standard rooms are fairly small but do have everything you need. We stayed for 4 nights and we were very comfortable.

So noisy! It seems like a lot of people live here and so its like being in a house with a lot of people. Everyone is nice but we were beside the elevator and that made noise all night long. Also there is no sea view 😅

Very empty , even the hotel has no body around We arrived in the evening , they put the room key at the lobby and we just need to fill up breakfast choices and put back at the lobby table .

Is along the east coastal road of Taitung . A hotel in no where . Booked a room with good sea view .

The room was smaller than the ones shown in pictures. The bathroom was very small and wet with shower and hard to turn around without stay drying. There was not enough hooks to hang towels. They do not replace towels if you stay multiple nights there.

The view at the community room on the 7th floor was nice.

Shower and toilet setup was quite frustrating, no way to leave the shower with dry feet, as it's located at the entrance of the room. For this reason, the floor towels got dirty very quickly but the hotel policy is to replace them only at the end of the stay

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Laundry and washing machines available at the hotel, which was definitely a plus. Top level room cosy. Location ok, I didn't mind the noise of jet fighters flying overhead in the morning, other people might find this annoying
