Location is good, close to the MRT stations and 7/11 convenient store. There seem to be more breakfast places nearby than before and more morning options availalble.

Now the reception is relocated to 15th floor and need extra steps upon check-in and check-out. The elevator was not air conditioned and very hot.

The location is very good. Closer to subway and bus stop and easy to get around. The laundry room is very clean and convenient. It is charged though.

Facilities was a bit aged and pillow are too soft. Noise insulation need to be improved. Lost a transport card but staff was friendly to help to search for it

Location is convenient, close to MRT and in a modern business district, that's the only positive. This hotel is in urgent need of a refurbishment, rooms are old and cleaning is subpar. Expected more from the price payed.

The room air conditioning was extremely dusty, it probably has not been professionally cleaned in years. There was a visible thick layer of dust outside and I can only imagine how dirty the air filters must be inside. My partner is very sensitive to dust and her nose was blocked the whole time we were there as a result. We told the staff about this and they sent housekeeping to clear the visible dust outside, but that was not enough. This is a genuine health hazard. Please get a professional cleaning of your air conditioning units in the rooms!

The staffs are friendly. Location is good as MRT station just a stone's throw away.

Someone did smoke at the corridor . The cleanliness of the room can improve . The room lighting arrangement and switches should review and improve for ease of access.

Away from tourist attractions hence the location is quiet to rest. It is 5 mins walking distance to the Metro. The hotel room is amazing spacious and thanks for the room upgrade!

I liked everything except that it was mentioned that there is a gym but it is not true. There are two small treadmills in a very small room. I do not think it counts as a gym. Besides this the rest was perfect, the room is too good for the amount I paid with a big office table if you are working from the hotel. Everything is nearby (restaurants, metro, starbucks (4 minutes walk). The laundry room was very helful and affordable. Breakfast is good enough.
