Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesOne of our family’s favorite hotels ever. Clean clean clean and spacious. Perfect location in the city center. Luxurious, well-appointed rooms using the state of the art tech. Delicious breakfast buffet with local delicacies. Rooftop mixed-gender onsen has multiple tubs, sauna and steam room. We enjoyed the fish spa and my kids spent hours there. Kind, courteous staff.

United StatesI was happy with everything, no complaints.
Breakfast had lots of options for adults and kids. Obviously the spread includes many local favorites (noodles/ rice/ congee), as well as continental favorites such as toasts/ cereal/ eggs. It was a hearty meal which set us up for our day's travel.

SingaporeI've switched on the DND button but received knocking on the door in the morning asking if I require room cleaning service.
Location - Puyoma express train from Taipei main station takes 1hr 15mins to reach Jiaoxi station. Hotel is slightly further as expected (about 8mins for me) - need to walk straight ahead and turn left (see 7-11 store) on 2nd traffic light, continue walk straight ahead u see Starbucks, hotel is next to it. Alot of eateries around hotel. Unisex hot spring jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna room available at rooftop - nice!

SingaporeNot near a night market but that was ok for us.
My travel mate has very high standards and this hotel blew her mind. Bring your swim suit for the hotel's hot spring, there's also a hot spring within the room. Level 2 is an amazing communal space where there is Dr Fish, even a few old mountain tortoises and there is an open library.. It is actually a lovely hotel for the kids too. Location is great , 6 mins walk to Jiaoxi hot spring (nude) park , eateries , pharmacy and convenience store just downstairs. Also next to a famous local bakery, with Starbucks below too . Room provided disposable toiletries. AC in room was adjustable . Sheets and bed were awesome. Room was quiet . Breakfast was amazing.

AustraliaThere is only on lift in the hotel for all guests, sometimes, there was a little waiting for the lift.
Everything is perfect to meet our travel needs, and the breakfast was awesome. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The room has got everything that we expected. The hot spring bath in the room just gave us a relaxing time in private. The Starbucks and the bakery on the ground floor were convenient for a tea time, the bread and cookies were very nice and yummy in the bakery.

SingaporeBreakfast had big selection, but unfortunately the quality of each item is not that great. Maybe I happened to have just stayed at kindness hotel in Tai Tung where every item tasted really good, so felt a little let down by the breakfast here. The tea eggs barely had any flavour, the soup for the noodles were watered down and tasteless ... a bit disappointed.
The family room for 4 was huge with a huge smart TV and a smaller TV at the lounge area of the room. Bathroom was also huge with smart toilet. Everything was new and clean, with plenty of space for luggage. Location was great, near to the famous bakery shop and souvenier shops.
