There are two buildings, one very outdated and the other “new” one. My room was in the outdated building :/ globally very old and used Bad location, it is difficult to reach the city center

The windows and glasses need to be cleaned. They obstruct the view from outside. And the carpets could use a clean too.

Very poor staff. This lady telephoned me to check out, was very rude with a very bad tone of voice, and hung up the phone on me without even saying bye. I wonder if these people are even trained in hotel management or if they are just hired randomly.

However, the swimming pool is open from 2pm to 6pm, then 7pm to 9pm only. There were too many kids when we visited as it was summer vacation. The facilities of spa was too old to have a good maintenance. Besides, the dinner buffet was overrated. The ingredients were not so good including crabs. Frankly speaking, this should not be a 4 star hotel in booking.com. I reckon that the staffs ought to receive at least basic trainings for hospitality and have the professional attitude. It was a frustrated experience.

I was obviously in the old side of the hotel, everything was a bit "tired", there was an electric cable falling out of the wall and the whole place was about 20 years out of date. The photos showed the other half of the hotel which was newer and had nicer rooms so it was not what I was expecting. The mattress was very hard and I could not turn off one of the lights as I could not find a switch for it so i had to unscrew the light bulb. The only saving grace was that it was clean. The swimming pool was promising but was very dirty and there were children taking up the whole pool - even the reserved swimming lane and kept getting in the way while I tried to swim.

The hotel is working with the Brand „golden Tulip“ - it is a fake, cause the real name is „Maison de Chine“. It is a hotel for bus travellers especially for groups from China. The room 1207 was so stinky, then the TV faded away. The mattress is like stone. The breakfast is after 9am already used up.

The team is very attentive and quickly reacting to the requests set up.
