The food was overall below standards, the coed pools were great but not conveniently located. The shuttle buses took a while to arrive. The rooms had a mild musty smell that aggravated my allergies. I could hear the people in the room above me. The women’s hot tubs were nice but small and enclosed inside. Wish there was an outdoor area. Seems like they are catering to families.

I liked that the resort felt secluded. The massage by Ipo was excellent. The food in the cafe was adequate, but the vegetable soup was fairly bland. The goldfish pond was nice. The dinosaur theme was odd and unusual.

The hotel is rather old and a little tired. There is a musty smell that pervades the hotel, including the rooms. Perhaps the ventilation system needs a thorough overhaul.

There is a lovely forest walk within the hotel compound. It is an excellent location to stay at when visiting the Man Yue Yuan National Forest.

The dinner was good, but I thought the buffet should have had more dishes. The entrees that we got to order were good though. Our room has nice big windows, but the property management should really trim off some trees which block the Mountain View. It is a pity that we only saw a little of mountains, since there were overgrowing trees everywhere.

We enjoyed the room and the onsen very much. The next day, our skin became very smooth, the onsen did a magical treatment!

Too massive and too many people, but then again it is a resort and it was during new year's eve

This is a spa resort with the emphasis on resort; it is huge and on new year's eve full with people. We had the suite which was huge. Breakfast was a standard buffet and good enough with an amazing range of beverages. There are a few trails around the hotel going up the hill. Trail #3 was pretty tough. The spa was nice, although I didn't try the public (free) one. It is a good way to relax after a strenuous walk. Our luggage and ourselves were transported up the hill by car (and downhill at check-out). All in all, a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Oh yes, they have mechatronic dinosaurs on the property and king kong is also displayed there for reasons I do not know.

A spectacular location, close to the forest, with the opportunity to walk along nice paths surrounded by beautiful trees. The room was absolutely fine, while the hot spring was a bonus. Breakfast was mainly local style, but we were okay with that. On the whole wonderful for those who love nature

The rooms we stayed were in a cabin separated from typical hotel rooms. Rooms were decent and quiet. Amazing amenity, there is a pretty incredible hiking trek within resort property. Outdoor hot spring pools!
